The company delivered, albeit a little late. They ask you to wait about a week while they "prepare for shipping" before the product ships. This is because the product is not produced or even warehoused in the US; they just drop-ship from Pakistan, so expect FedEx to charge you an import tax. None of this is mentioned on their website, which they changed the name of to Decrum - https ://decrum .com/, by the way. Dodgy business practices, but the product arrived.

This company is the typical E commerce jokers who don’t make contact other than email hopping back and forth. I purchased a black winter leather lined jacket and what was shipped was a tan waist coat jacket that was $80 less in price with no invoice in the bag. I emailed back and they responded back with requesting proof of said mix up… I sent eight pictures of the jacket back and the responded back “we’re sorry her at fan jackets, no need to ship back the jacket in error, we’re sending out the jacket you paid for and discounting you purchase $15 for the hassle if you accept!” I accepted the deal! Five days later I get a new email from the same person stating as soon as I send back the jacket at my expense they’ll ship out my jacket!!! SO GLAD I DID MY PURCHASE VIA PayPall ! Filed a grievance with them and now canceled the item… I have a sneaky suspicion that the jacket in no longer available and this is how the deal with customers getting away with clearing things up… Although reviews here seem to be great ( which I checked before my purchase ) I’d May think twice before spending $250.00 like I’d did… SENCE THIS REVIEW HAS POSTED THE COMPANY FANS JACKETS HAS TOUCHED OUT TO ME AND CORRECTED THIS SITUATION BY HAVING ALREADY REFUNDING MY THE MONEY I PAID VIA PAYPAL AS WELL AS STATING THEIR SENDING OUT MY PURCHASE FREE OF CHARGE. Only problem is I have procured purchasing the same jacket through a different company, thereby having two of these jackets now. I have changed my rating now to a three as a result.

Never shipped and it’s been a while; it says shipping takes 3 to 5 business days but I doubt they’ll ship my order. It’s always the same things with underrated companies: sending tons of emails, never having a actually great comeback about your order, your order is not shipped,etc. I’m also too tired to start that nonsense of searching my order so hopefully it arrives really and I wasn’t being scammed… They seem to pay attention to the customer, they said they will investigate into the lost parcel and might send another jacket to me.

The quality of the products is good however there’s major improvement needed in the processing and shipping

Bought a jacket from them, and it wasn't quite as pictured. Still an okay jacket for what it was. Went to return it, and it was pretty easy, and got my money back. So overall, pretty good. Some of their other jackets may be better, I don't know.
