I have purchased several items from Fan Jackets over the last year and their products have always exceeded my expectations. The leather items are all extremely durable and if their are any issues with fit the customer service group will bend over backwards to help. My most recent purchase was a jack from Star Wars that fit great and the quality was so excellent that it is great for everyday wear as well as cosplay. I can not recommend Fan jackets enough!

Horrible customer service. Merchandise not delivered when promised/needed for a special ed classroom. No one will honor the guarantee nor will they respond to an email. Won’t use them again. Disappointed kids.

The coat I received was made from very poor quality material – it looks and feels cheap and is not durable. The pockets are glued rather than stitched. No way is this coat worth $168! The “No Quibble” returns policy is a lie; the company offered every solution apart from a full refund. Eventually I felt forced to “approve” a refund with $20 deduction as they refused a full refund saying that they had lost out on profits, so the customer has to stump the bill for their faulty products! And it cost me $30 to return the faulty coat. So I lost $50 doing business with this company. Also I originally ordered a size small as the sizing chart on the coat's webpage said a small was 38-40. The company emailed me the next day to confirm the size before they processed the order but they attached a different sizing chart to the one on the original webpage and so based on this chart, I felt I needed a medium. The company later used this a reason not to give me a refund on the faulty coat as they had already offered me an exchange when I ordered the wrong size - but this was their fault as they have the wrong chart linked to the coat's webpage! Avoid this company. It also took several emails to get the company to provide me with a returns address as the company is US- based but the coat was dispatched from Pakistan. Edit: The company have recently emailed asking me to provide details of my complaint so they can resolve it. However, several emails were exchanged at the time, photos of the faulty coat were sent to them and they still refused to give me a full refund. The matter was closed - on their terms as they would not budge - so I have learnt my lesson and want my review to stay on here so others can make their own decision. I originally tried to leave a review on their website but they won't publish negative reviews.

Really nice coat - well made, soft leather that is consistent in dye and fits perfectly. Even the inside was beautifully finished with a pocket that you usually only see in high end stuff. Also bought a smaller size and they worked with me to exchange for a different size/style. Great communication too. I would definitely buy from them again.

A solid experience all around... great customer service. All dealings (concerning a return) were handled in a prompt, professional manner. Very thorough, and responsive team... My jacket was too large... the return service was stellar. I was offered many options as for exchange, upgrade, full refund, etc. and was able to pick my preference. The process was direct, detailed, and Jane was a delight to work with. She personally responded the next day with all possible options to ensure my satisfaction... A properly positive experience.

Fan Jackets has sent me a great product! I ordered a kill monger hoodie that comes with awesome features like striking front details and waist hand warming pockets. I even wear it at my work because there is no dress code there, so I try out different casual clothes including this hoodie. Had to remove the drawstring because it was no use for me. Looking forward to buy more apparels from this store.
