I bought few t shirts from fan jackets but by mistake I ordered a size bigger. As any other online shopping website I knew I hv to pay some amount to return the product and might be possible I will not get full refund but when I contacted the customer support team of fan jackets I was amazed with reponse. First of all their response is very prompt without any delay and they send me a prepaid return slip so that I don't hv to pay any amount to return the product and also promise me to return full amount of my order. Great customer service, they really care about their product and customers. Let me also tell you their cloths are very nice and they hv good choices I ordered again according my size. All the best to Fan Jackets Team.

I have purchased four jackets (leather and lambskin) from Fan Jackets. My last jacket arrived in a shedded package and the internal jacket packaging was bent. I inspected the jacket and there was no damage. I took photos and sent them to Fan Jackets for their review. I will continue to purchase from Fan Jackets as the quality and pricing of their jackets are great.
