I order the men's rip black cotton trucker jacket in a xl which is my normal size ,but I had to return it as it fit a little tight , Jasper was great in customer service and they shipped out my 2xl right away and I received it within 5 days and it fits prefect , I am very happy with the jacket but I would suggest to order it in a size up. thanks again for the great customer service Fanjackets !!

I LOVE Fanjackets! The selections make it hard to choose one (we've purchased three..so far). My husband's jacket is the BOMB, (i.e. he really likes it), return procedure is smooth and order delivery is super fast. My new jacket is soo sporty..exactly what I wanted!

Hi Douglas, First of all, I am extremely sorry that the parcel you purchased did not turn out well as per your needs. However, during investigations, I found that more than a week ago our CSR (Mr Jasper) answered your email with the said information and still we are waiting for the reply. Moreover, customer satisfaction is our topmost priority and we are unable to place anything on top of that when our customers are unhappy with the services/products they received from us, therefore, I have immediately assigned this case to our very cooperative Customer Success Manager (Joseph Michael) and he also submitted you a reply contains the best solution of this matter. Once again, I sincerely apologize for the issues you have faced and I hope that soon you will reply to our Customer Success Manager to resolve this matter and have you back as our happy and smiling customer in our customers family of Fan Jackets.
