I was at the theatre so I went online purchased 2 tickets, went into to watch the movie and ticket checked said wrong theatre. So I rebought tickets from the theatre not fandango. Then tried to get a refund, the website wouldn’t allow it after the showtime, called twice and even talk to a supervisor, please refund or exchange, nope, I said I can show you proof I repurchased. Your website somehow gave me the wrong tickets for another theatre 30 miles away. I wouldn’t have picked that theatre I was on the one I was at. So never do business with the company. Customer service is lame.

Fandango never responded to any of my direct emails to service expect for the auto reply. At this time I give up!!!!! They can have my $50.00 as it is more trouble than it is worth which is what they count on as you can tell from their ratings. My advice is to avoid them at all costs as will I. I shall also tell everyone I can about My experience. I hope they enjoy the $50.00 as they obviously need it more than me. Mike P

I’m not gonna use your service anymore it’s a rip off. It’s ok if only 1 or 2 tickets I purchased but this is 8tickets and I called right away the moment we can’t get in because I mistaken choose different state. How can we see the movie if where in California not somewhere in Texas…. Mad as hell!!!!! 1star is not even

I appreciate that the refunds can be done in the click of a button up until the last minute but I was distracted last minute having driving with both grandchildren picking up more and I acted in good faith that Fandango would simply refund the purchase being the tickets were mistaken in glitch for New York theater instead of Florida. Never Will I Ever Do Business With Them Again! But Surely That Doesn't Mean Anything To Them When They Can Profit So Easily Regardless ANY Hardships Keeping Our $42.00! What a SHAME

I purchased seats for theater at fandango when I arrived we discovered we selected floor seats. This should not be a selection if accommodations are for wheel chairs.. theater was at capacity we just wanted a raincheck for another day. Come to find out the Mgr Maya said these are 3rd party tickets u have to contact fandango for refund. She gave me the number and her name for reference when fandango calls them. Contact fandango spoke to faith explained everything, she said she will call and verify that we did not use tickets. Faith at fandango later call and left me a voice mail message saying we don't accommodate incorrect seat selections. Thats Bull ... I feel if you have not used tickets their should be a credit issued. That's robbery i will escalate this problem.. don't use fandango

My son ordered 2 tickets on February 13th. When we looked at his bank statement THE NEXT DAY, he was charged for 4 tickets. It was a total of 20.44, twice that was taken out. I contacted Fandango 5 times and each time they said to call with more information. Each time i called they escalated it and then i would get another email that said to call they needed more info. This went on until 3/8 when they now tell me they can't do anything because its over the amount of time for refunds. Well of course it is, they farted around for so long and delayed it forever so yes it is over the time frame. I was even just asking for credit for 20.44. I sent them the photo of his statement portion where it shows the 2 transactions AND they all said they only see one pair of tickets bought! OMG, this is just a crappy company. I am going to write as many reviews for them as i can find. I dont want anyone else to just lose out money. Had we not checked his statement we would have never known. They are just stealing money from people. What a joke. Dont trust them ever.

Purchase tickets had a flat tire on my way to theater 2 minutes after the movie scheduled time I went online to try get a credit on my account was given an error no able to get credit, contacted customer service and was told to email customer service heard back from them that they will not credit me. Life happens and this company is so incentive to difficulties I am so upset, but will never do business with them.

I selected a theater and movie and went to checkout. The system prompted me to log in. I log in and completed checkout only to realize that when logging in, the system changed my theater selection. It was not the theater I had selected and we realized that when they could not scan the ticket code. I tried to immediately request an exchange or refund but customer service would not answer chat and the posted movie time was 5:00 and it was 5:03. I reached out to customer service via their contact but although they can see the tickets were not scanned or used and I proved I had to buy different tickets, they refuse to refund. It was their systems error that caused this entire issue! I will never use this service again and I was shocked when. I sought out a place to post a review and realized how awful their customer service is and how many people have had issues! How are state attorney generals everywhere not investigating this company??
