FandangoReviews of fandango.com

Fandango bought VUDU, VUDU were flawless ,Fandango displays less than half the digital copies I own , This is a FAIL. The transition was difficult and the results have been near garbage. I went the purchase prices of all my digital only movies refunded.

Waiting on refund for a movie I did not get to see. When I arrived to the theater my tickets were not valid. Will call everyday until I receive my refund!

Terrible company. They are trying to steal from customers. I booked my movie for the wrong day. I exchanged them. They make it impossible to use the credit. They got $32 out of me. They can keep it and I will never use them again.

I know my review wont be seen by Fandango or even be resolved. I wish to tell people about the horrible experience. I tried buying 2 tickets last week Monday, supposedly the website gave an error, after many failed attempts, I gave up for the day. I decided to not go to the movies since trying to buy the tickets was such a hassle. Come to find out the next day, the payment for the tickets did go through, with an email for confirmation, hidden far away in spam. I tried emailing twiced now, sent a ticket for a refund, called Fandango. No response, nothing. Fandango will never see another cent of my money, what a horrible experience. Fix your bloody website!

Fandango customer service has a way about excusing and apologizing for its failures but never actually fixes anything. For instance, there was a promo code that the system offered to me as I was purchasing my tickets, but then the promo code didn’t work. When I reached out to Fandango, they said the promo code had reached it maximum limit. They didn’t honor the discount and simply apologized for system lack of update. There really should be more checks and balances to avoid misleading customers. I’ve also seen several movies advertised on sale but when you click on the Fandango link it takes you to the website and these specific items are not actually on sale. It’s a click bait strategy and a bunch of BS in my opinion. Fandango apologies but I believe this is done purposefully. I am really losing interest in Fandango and their sorry excuses and or poor system updates. Neither is acceptable.

The Fandango At Home app isn't all bad. It allows you to rent & buy movies without a monthly subscription & that's what drew me in. However, the customer service suuuuckkks! It was easier just to cancel my account than to deal with the idiots they hire for customer service any more.

Fandango is a complete rip off. Its bad enough that adult tickets are already $13 and kids tickets are $11, but when I went to check out, the "convenience fee" (which is a complete slap-in-the-face name), was $14!! More than any individual ticket!! That's convenient for them alright. What a rip off. I'll never use Fandango again and will be sure to tell everyone I know as well.

Website is difficult. Service fee feels like a ripoff. I'll avoid the service in the future.
