FandangoReviews of fandango.com

Fandango is a scam. If you are 1 min past the showtime you're unable to cancel your purchase/ exchange for another time etc. When you speak with a representative about the matter they are extremely rude. Movie theater was more than helpful to fix their problem so I will no longer be using their app.

I purchased my ticket for Deadpool on May23,2024. I never recieved a ticket or reciept for my 65.00 purchase that comes with a Deadpool poster, 2 Deadpool necklaces, and 2 tickets for the movie. I took a picture of the reciept and that was the only reason I was able to get customer service to send me an email or whatever is supposed to come so I may now pick seating and movie theater. And maybe recieve the rest of my Deadpool order.

They REFUSE to remedy a problem that their system caused. All I needed was to have the tickets cancelled and issued for the same theater and the same show and the same time but 2 days later. Because I used a promo code they did not even want to talk to me. Their customer service line has very loud music and a lot of static. I believe that is intentional. In addition, their agents are very difficult to understand. When you finally get a manager on the line, they OUTRIGHT LIE to you just to get you off the phone. I did get a refund for the "fees" which I do appreciate but I think that was just because I complained to PayPal. I didn't request a refund, I just wanted new tickets!!!

My daughter was given a $25 gift card from Fandango and left it in a drawer for a few years. It has expired. I gave her the money for it because I didn't want her to suffer at the hands of a greedy corporation. I tried to use it the very day I removed the sticker covering the PIN code. I don't like Fandango and I hope my experience is instructive to others. Gift cards should never expire.

HORRIBLE customer service. Stole my money on their "convenience fee") during a quick exchange after I accidentally selected the wrong location at first. I have done business with Fandango for years and they refused to make the situation right.

They refuse to refund my ticket because i used a $5 off promo code i had saved up. Told them just don’t include the $5 in the refund and customer support didn’t even address my request just said sorry we can’t refund you. Never using them again buying direct from amc from now on

Ever since the change from VUDU, I have horrible streaming issues. I haven't received a call back from any time I've put in a email. They take too long to respond and are making an effing killing.

By far the worst customer service experience. They claim to give you rewards after so many tickets bought, however, I was given the wrong promo code and they were not willing to provide me with the correct one. A company who is unwilling to provide a $5 promo code to a long time customer clearly does not need your business. I have never had such a bad experience with a consumer related company. AVOID!!
