Christmas mug not received
I’ve ordered a Christmas mug last Saturday 12/12/20 and I still haven’t got any information if it’s been sent out or not it’s for my husband and I badly want him to have it for Christmas. Please I’ve tried to email you guys and on Facebook multiple times and no reply what’s going on?

Dear Jasmine, We are sorry for this wait, however, for orders shipped internationally, it usually takes 2-5 business days for processing and 1-4 weeks for delivery and since it is during holiday season, the delivery time may be a bit longer than usual so please allow some time for the mug to arrive. I wish I could put a 0/5 Stars. I ordered a sweatshirt for Christmas. It isn’t expected to arrive till January 18th. I tried to cancel the order right after purchasing the sweatshirt and seeing the delivery date, because that is after Christmas and I don’t need it then. The company emails me telling me that sweatshirt is already in production. I tried to cancel the order literally 5 minutes after placing the order. And no refunds because the product is custom made to order.

I was supper excited I order and shirt…
I was supper excited I order and shirt for my mom for Christmas and it said it was going to get here before Christmas I prefer it 3 weeks ago and I have heard anything from them I got a confirmation email and that’s it tried to get a hold of customer service and they won’t get back to me ! Starting to wish I went with someone else for the shirt if you want something in a timely matter I wouldn’t go with then !

No legit customer service support
Placed an order on 12/3/20 (#FP26182). Received a confirmation email and no correspondence since. Reached out to customer service aka an email address twice & got no response. Provided my order # on the site to check on the status & the feature gave me an error message. At this point I'm not confident I will receive my order before Christmas as promised. I found it odd there was no customer service phone number on the site only a CA address and email. A CA address, no phone #, shipping via DHL...seems deceiving.

Horrible
Ordered my ornament on the 6th and still haven’t received any update regarding shipping or anything. Starting to think it’s a scam and if so, they will be hearing from my lawyer.

Your ornament is still in production and the reason why a tracking number hasn't been available is that Christmas is coming near and it does take a tad longer to complete an order. As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email from our system so you can easily track your order. Customer Service is lacking
**Updating to 4 Stars as my order has shipped and will arrive today.** Giving 3 Stars due to lack of communication concerning my order. It was placed on 12/3/20 and I still do not have an order update. I have emailed 3 times and gotten 1 response stating that the order is still in processing. This was a gift that was ordered for our 10 year anniversary, and now I'll be lucky to get it by Christmas. There needs to be more than 1 way to contact the company as only current option is Email and that runs risk of emails getting filtered to Spam for no reason.
