It wasn't anything like the pictures
It wasn't anything like the pictures. Super cheap chain, not like they implied and definitely not like the pictures. They say "luxury" chain but far from it. The pendant was hard to read and not glass... tiny as well. Not worth the money, 45$. The engraving was good...

Been 3.5 weeks since my order has…
Been 3.5 weeks since my order has shipped. Have not received it nor have a clue where it is via tracking. Very poor.

I ordered my pillow on the 9th and…
I ordered my pillow on the 9th and still has yet to ship yet they said it would be in by Christmas! That was my husbands Christmas present. I’m hoping it will get here in time but nothing has changed on the delivery.
