Stay away from FP they are probably scammers
Ordered a customized sign on 1/13/2022 it is now 1/31/2022 and I haven’t received my order or any tracking updates. I received a number but for the last week it has said waiting on shipper to deliver package. No response from the company when I mail except an auto email saying they are out on a company trip. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with this order was for my anniversary and I ordered it two weeks ahead of time with expedited shipping and here we are past the date I needed it and I can’t even get a reply.

He loved the canvas
He loved the canvas! One edge of the canvas itself was in rough shape, and the picture of us was smaller than what the preview was. Very cute gift though.

The product we received is very nice nice !
The product we received is very nice !! Exactly as expected. There was a problem with the delivery though it was no fault of Family Panda. They even contacted the delivery source and was told it appeared to be lost in shipping. Family Panda then reordered another one to be shipped to us. Shortly after ( hours ) we received the original. We were very thankful that Family Panda did all they could to be sure we received the product we ordered. In the end we were very satisfied with the product.

Zeer slecht!
Eerste keer mijn bestelling ol 28-11-2021 gemaakt, de geschatte levering was 13-12-2021. Niks binnen gehad, berichtje gestuurd en werd mij verteld dat het pakket verloren was gegaan en dat er een nieuwe werd gestuurd. Nieuwe mail gehad dat de geschatte leverinf 22-12-2021 zou zijn, tot de dag van vandaag (03-01-2021) nog niks binnen. Ik wil mijn geld terug.
