The delivery driver was supposed to go over and fill out a form with us and he dropped it off and left.

Fast shipping and Customer service was great with helping me to change the color choice at the last minute. Quality overall is good. Luckily we are mechanically inclined and did some upgrades on some of the parts. A few other minor things broke right away- we chose to just upgrade vs. complaining.

Product is not performing as expected. The chain falls off all the time it vibrates to much once it get up over 5 mph. All the bolts have come loose due to the vibrating and I have to secure them all the time. Seem like I work on the machine more then we ride it.

I would definitely buy from Family Go Karts, again! Jay was very informative and helped us pick out the best 4-wheeler for our small child. It came exactly as describes and works perfectly!! Our 6 year old LOVES it!!! Thank you!

Product was described as having 2 hours of battery life. It last 30 minutes on a good day. I was told to perform numerous test from customer service until they finally just quit returning my emails.

The company sold a go kart they didn’t have. After 1 week of trying to contact them to see when and if the product would ship they finally communicated and stated the Kart would ship in 2 days. They wanted more money than the agreed online price. I said fine as long as it will arrive in time. As soon as the payment cleared I was then told they didn’t have the go kart and didn’t know when they’d get it. I was very clear several times to not process anything if the Kart would not arrive by Christmas. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. They said “wrap a picture of the go kart”!!! I asked for a refund and they kept 80$. I used their electronic scam so there was nothing my bank could do. Obviously there is a policy but if you lie to a customer about having something, insure an arrival date and then admit you don’t even have what you sold I’d say the policy wouldn’t apply. Complete and total crooks!! The communication and customer service were by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with in an interaction. I was told they didn’t care and to go ahead and write a bad review. Wow!

DO NOT PURCHASE! I placed an order on 11/20/2020. I immediately called them and confirmed that they would be delivered by 12/21/20. Today is 01/20/2020, All I have received from Family Go Karts is excuses and the run-around. They have NO TRACKING info for my order and do not know when my 2 ATV's will be delivered. I am also told that I cannot talk with anyone regarding my order, all I can do is submit a request for tracking by sending them an email. Of which, I do not get a response back. This is unacceptable. These were Christmas gifts for my children and they understood that they may be late. However, at this point, the entire family is angry and disappointed in the unAmerican spirit within this company. I will never purchase from them again and would recommend that no one else does either!
