FamilyboxReviews of familybox.co

This place does not deserve not even 1 star, the gift came in a broken box made of carton,it was very dissapointing and upsetting, the product is very low quality and is nothing like the pictures portray in their website. Do not buy anything from this place!

I ordered a wallet for my husband and I was reading the reviews which made me very upset I thought I was scammed. Thank you family box I was not scammed and I received my wallet today for my husband it is absolutely beautiful I love it. It took a little longer to come because the covid 19 but it's here and just perfect I'm so impressed and absolutely love it thank you so much family box. Sorry about the email I sent unfortunately people were obviously not happy to wait so wrote bad reviews. Trust me it's worth the wait everyone it's a awesome wallet and means so much♥️

received an email that item was sent, then another one that it wasn’t. Didn’t leave the warehouse until a long time after it was expected to. Requested refund on multiple occasions but was ignored time and time again. Eventually came but a long time after expected, almost gave up hope. Customer service is diabolical. Just avoid unless you don’t mind a headache

They don't even deserve 1 star.... this company should be ashame of themselves ... taking people's hard earned money and not sending the product which was ordered .... I ordered a watch which said it was delivered may 18 to an address in the United states... my address clearly states I live in Canada ... I am beyond devasted that there are people and companies still like this ... shame on you family box

I bought a gift for my girlfriend in Thailand ,it arrived in a parcel office and has been there ever since.i contacted UPS they told me to contact the seller, the seller tell me it's not their problem it's UPS .I have tried almost every day and family box refuse to help.i daily put reviews on Facebook warning people not to buy

This is really the very worst company that I have ever dealt with for the following reasons: No delivery of item; no contact from various emails; -All glitzy promise & nil delivery!! I would suggest that people should think twice about ordering anything!

I'm beyond happy with the wallet I purchased for "my man". Great quality and definitely worth the money. Only took a little over 2 weeks to receive, although I couldn't track it. I will not complain! Victoria

I ordered "My Son wallet" on February 27, and have tried contacting them; they just emailed me for a review of the wallet I got, which I am STILL waiting, so here is my review! If I do not get that wallet, which was to be a present for my son's birthday, in March, I will NEVER order from them again! I am seriously considering cancelling the order unless it arrives within the next couple of weeks! I have been tracking it thru Canada Post, and it has not left China, which has been wondering why it is coming from the country that has put the world in crisis! I have NO idea when or if it will arrive, but if it doesn't, I am going to tell my bank to stop payment on the order. Customer service is terrible and on a score of 1-10 I would give them a 1!
