i ordered over a month ago and still do not have my gift when i asked for my money back and and said i would report them their e mails and my order number went away i would tell everyone this is a scam

Absolutely shocking customer service. Do NOT buy anything from this company. They no not care about their customers. Just shocking!!!! Avoid!!!!! If you do decide to order from them. You will be in for A long long wait, ( this happened well before the Covid19 outbreak.) so it’s not an excuse. They do not answer emails, you are just ignored. Or they will tell you your order is on its way. We waited 3 months for our product. Ordered Middle of January. And unfortunately the product we ordered wasn’t the best, or what we expected. Stay safe all!!

Very poor no answers no response

It took a lot of email but my order delivery date was just updated. We shall see if it comes this week. Yes they did reply to my emails

SCAM _ I ordered several items for Christmas, waited 4 weeks before emailing Familybox who proceeded to tell me that the parcel was delivered, (which it had not), giving them a chance to fix the problem, I offered to follow the post this end,but they couldn't give me the name of the courier so I could chase it up , at one stage they offered to replace the items but they have never shown up. It is now nearly 5 months and countless emails and they have just stopped answering my emails.

I would encourage anyone not to use this company. They are not an ethical company. I ordered to grandmother journals for my granddaughters. It took forever to get them and then my name was misspelled on one of them. They were Christmas presents. I called the company and they did respond appropriately. It was agreed that they would replace the journal. I was satisfied with that part. I finally received the replacement after about 7 weeks. The replacement was horrible. They took a sample journal and where it had “Personalized name” on the bottom showing where you could have your name printed, they stuck my name in very small letters our to the side. It looks terrible!! I don’t usually complain about things but this company is so bad I would hate for anyone to get involved with them.

SCAM ALERT!!!! This company has the worst service and will not respond to you even after you have emailed every few days for over a month!!! They took my money and wont respond so I can't even get a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable, this company should be shut down and no longer allowed to advertise on social media platforms. I will be ensuring that I post this review on every platform possible to save anyone else from this horrible experience!

I placed an order on Jan 29. Their website states delivery within 5-7 business days. I figured I would get an anniversary gift by Valentine's day. It's Valentine's day and here I am writing a bad review because I never received my order and I have reached out via email and called using telephone number they provide on their website. I have never had a problem purchasing online until this experience. I found this phoney business via Facebook. Beware of companies FB advertises they are out to steal your money!!
