So my fiance' had ordered an gift to propose to me with as we have decided to wait on the ring because we want one that will mat h my moms wedding band that we will be using. He got the email it would be here in 3 to 5 days. Next thing it was more liken7-10 days. He emailed them that the tracking says delivered however we never received it. We checked with the post office and the package was tracked to our mailboxes at our complex. Now yes could be post office delivery issue. However we he has emailed multiple times and.only 3 responses that it shows delivered. then an email to ask him to review and post a pic of the girl. Not for nothing any other company would make good something. Now I dont have my gift he was going propose with and they have his money. Horrible customer service.

I ordered a wallet for my son who was leaving for Australia. I never received it I sent many emails which they never replied to. Awful company. They just take the money and you never get the item

Absolute rubbish I ordered a baseball cap which should have had Stokes on it but it had Booth cannot contact them no order number they should be banned from advertising.It took about three months to arrive cannot tell you how upset I am £26 wasted!
