The website was very easy to navigate and ordering was straightforward. Everything arrived super fast and we were kept informed every step of the way. Set up was quick! The tree looks beautiful and we have had many compliments from the neighbors. Excellent experience Woohoo!!!:)

The website is easy to order from. I had a question over the holiday and the team got back to me quickly. I really love the trees and am going to order more

The product is too pricey by at least $100. You would get more customers with a price cut.

The tree came quickly, it is absolutely beautiful, and the customer service is excellent!! We bought it 3 days before the price was lowered. I called customer service, and they adjusted the price for us. So impressed with this company!
