We ordered the 25' tree for a community tree lighting event. The order process was easy and we received the tree shortly after. Set up was fairly easy and the tree was a real crowd pleaser. The only reason we didn't give it five stars is that the instructions could be a little more detailed and it would be nice to have a tree topper attachment. We had to rig something up to place a star on top.

This is a three person job. It will take you at least an hour to get everything laid out properly. The part of the pole that goes in the ground is not sturdy enough to hammer in.

This looks amazing at night! I get compliments all the time. I bought the 20' flag pole kit with 1200 lights in warm white. It was a little tricky for me to put up without tangling anything, but worked out well.

Poor quality - customer service offered very little to help. Basically they would replace broken parts but not willing to offer any kind of compensation or incentive for all the trouble. I am Concerned other things will break. Wiring harness was defective out of the box and the snaps on webbing popped off webbing already. Poor craftsmanship considering high purchase price.

I had this in my hands 2 days after ordering. Beautiful and full, couldn't ask for more. I was wondering if 1200 lights would be enough, but it looks great.

Fast shipping saved the flagpole Christmas tree!

The Instructions were completely unhelpful. Ground sleeve for flagpole not long enough for stability.
