I'm giving 5 stars even though my tree was a tangled mess coming out of the box. 3 of the webs were off the top clip and had fallen down into the box. There needs to be some way to insure they don't come off after being boxed. Also indicate the number of "webs" are supposed to be on the clip. Luckily you responded quickly to my email and you were able to see what happened and send additional information and links to help me reassemble the system that I had to completely unsnap. Once it was untangled, reattached to the top clip and snapped properly, it was easy to set up. I'm very happy with the look at night and I hope I can take it down and store it with it becoming tangled. I am optimistic that I will be able to accomplish that.

Lots of compliments, not as simple to set up though due to tangling issues but not too bad after figuring out how it’s attached. I used my own flag pole, maybe next year I’ll order the fairybell flag pole to see if it makes it an easier installation.

Lack of communication thereof. I explained how I was creating a huge display across my property and have no idea if my order is being processed or was in fact canceled; I received a separate email from my second transaction (apparently my original check out option through PayPal was no longer feasible and canceled) and paid it to nice more just to be notified the same day that the order was canceled again. I’ve made attempts to email both parties to come up with a resolve, I’ve called the business line just to be left on hold and hung up on as no one is ever available.

Easy installation

The tree lasted 2 days. No kidding - that's it. None of it lights up. Tried to call and the message says its a banking holiday and then hangs up. Its not a banking holiday. Sent an email. No response so far. Contacting my credit card company will likely prompt a response. Terrible customer service. Updated 12/20 So I did finally receive an email from them but only after I left this review. We did receive a replacement part that I ordered off their website. It always takes a week for anything to arrive for us. Replaced and the tree lasted 3 days this time before it died. We had rain for a day and it did not light during that time. It dried out for a day and is now working again. Likely till Sunday when we're expected to have more rain. I live in Iowa. This is the easiest December we've had in quite a few years with record high temps and no snow. What is going to happen when we have a normal winter? I would return it in a heartbeat but hubby likes it and is determined to make it work. He has a degree in electronics so it's on him. At this point, its a 50/50 shot whether it will work since it's been off as many days as it's been on. Still disappointed!
