Love the product, came faster than expected!

My Fairybell tree is the most popular decoration in the neighborhood! For years I dreamed of inventing a tree that could be used on my flagpole. I am soooo happy to have my tree.

We love our light tree! It has made the whole neighborhood happy!

Customer service is horrific!! Ordered a 20' 1200 LED flagpole Christmas Tree and when I opened the box there was a stand alone 13' tree in the box. My wife called customer service and got so frustrated she had to put me on the line. They wanted me to buy the product again and return the wrong item and wait for a reimbursement. After I told them that was not how it should go, she said they would have to review the request. Was told they would call back within 24 hours, I never got a call back. Called again and sat on hold and after 10 minutes, the call would disconnect. Did this a few times and then decided to write this review. Christmas will be over before I get the right product.

the ordering process was easy and friendly and thanks for the discounts, I have only been able to rase 1 of my 33 ft. flag pole Christmas trees and plan on doing the other this Saturday. It was so easy to work and string it out I was amazed at how Awesome it looks. They really surprised me with the shipping because I ordered them on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday. Thank you very for the awesome job y'all do. We are delighted

The tree is beautiful. However, the packaging and instructions could be improved. The lights and cords were very tangled. Some patience with the installation yielded a great tree!

It was easy to install the door Xmas tree my experience in ordering it was very difficult and calling to resolve the issues was not resolved in calling are in a email , I had to to create a account to get the order processed

Better communication as well as follow up. I have now called and emailed the company with no response back. However, I did received a notice to review them, so here it is. They shipped me a flagpole and a bag, but now lighted tree... what am I supposed to do with that?!
