One of the twist caps was installed backwards on the string meaning I'm not able to properly seal one of the strings of lights at the plug. Seems like a pretty big oversight and makes me a little worried about leaving it outside in the rain as it seems less weatherproof now.

This was the second year we put up our 33 foot/8000 LED light flagpole Christmas tree… To our surprise, one section was not lighting properly. I called the 800 number and was immediately greeted by a very friendly and helpful voice. She asked me to perform two tasks while I was outside next to my lights. they didn’t correct the problem. She assured me not to worry, and they were going to overnight me a brand new entire section. I received my replacement lights the very next day, completely under warranty and at no cost to me!!! my experience couldn’t have went any smoother or pleasant!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -Joseph Caruso, NJ

I appreciate that the Fairybell flag pole light tree power transformer could be replaced, it wasn't hardwired into the power cables. Selection of the correct replacement transformer was aided by a few product questions.

I have sent an email and been trying to call customer service and nobody has gotten back to me and nobody picks up on the number. It just says nobody can answer my call and hangs up. I have a brand new smart magic tree that is awesome except for it’s got a few defects on it and I would like it rectified. $700. It should work the way it works.
