I know one thing FairShake has been there all the way with me. Never once a snide comment or anything other than supportive and professional service. Given the melt down I’m going through. And my long messages and rants still they have been very understanding never chiding me for money or adding extra stress to my ongoing misfortunes always following with if you have any questions regarding you case please let me know. and the only ones who have stuck it out with me. It’s not over yet but I just know they won’t let me down. I appreciate the curtesy they have given me. Thank you.

Provided me with lots of information keeping me up to date with every part of my case. Excellent service in a speedy time frame. I highly recommend them.

I had a dispute with Paypal over an unauthorized charge. After a week of fruitless phone calls I gave up and gave the case to Fairshake. I really didn't expect anything to happen but was very pleasantly surprised by a full settlement. They made the process painless and although I hope to never need their service again I'm glad to know it's there if I do.

I am so happy some people feel that Fair Shake was able to get their claims resloved, however I feel they are a bunch of crooks, I was emailed months after the claim was filed with Fair Shake, only after I reached back out to them about the case, and was told at that time the case had been closed. I requested several times the response information they received from the company; I have not received any thing nor will anyone return the email. With that; one can only be lead to believe their a bunch of crooks???

It took awhile. About 5 months but eventually I was completely satisfied with the service Clarissa was most helpful.

I had a claim against PayPal, andI did not feel FairShake's role in resolving the matter was beneficial. The response from FairShake was that I would not be successful with my claim even though PayPal had settled my claim a day before FairShake sent out the communication. Based on my conversation with my FairShake specialist, it did not seem that the communication to PayPal was updated to reflect the settlement, and the communication, in general, was not very informative. I had kept the claim open to make sure PayPal closed the claim with the collections company. I was able to call the collections company on my own, and they had confirmed that PayPal had canceled the collection claim. In the end, I ended up getting the claim resolved and verifying that PayPal removed the collections request.

Veronica at FS was fantastic - always checking in with me thru the process dealing with a major communications business - if it hadn't been for an unexpected event with the comm. business, I'm sure things would have worked out better for us. All-in-all we did get something from this co. which i am sure would not have happened with out FS & Veronica

Faster than I imagined Fair Shake got me a good settlement and the check came shortly after. They are a prompt good company that will not let you down. Very happy I asked them to step in and help.
