The biggest challenge was resolved by FAIRSHAKE in CONNECTING me to the right individuals/source. Otherwise i would have experienced a lot of hit and misses, wasted time on the phone and lapsed time to getting anything settled. Once the connection is made then you can take charge. If Fair Shake can solve your situation with a form letter I am sure the service is fine. For me it has been a more frustrating experience than dealing with American Express. My contact literally has no idea what is going on in my situation. I get random text messages that make no sense. No one will call you or get on the phone with you and no one I text with is of any help whatsoever. Dealing with Fair Shake has been a terrible terrible experience.

They kept me informed every step of the way! I felt helpless against unfair billing practices and they stood up for me. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Bravo.

I am in shock that it took no time at all to get a resolution to my problem with a big company. They really are caring and helpful. I will always recommend them to anyone I know. I am sceptical person when it come to online services so I really didn't think I would get what I asked for and all I had to do was file a complaint and they did the rest for little money. But yes FairShake did great job for me only for $34 with is nothing. Its not about money. AT&T put me in collection for no reason which affect my credit score and history. I paid the $20 and Verizon has not gave me what fairshake claims that I will get. Their is no number I can call and nothing I can do about it. This is a scam!
