FairShake Inc.Reviews of fairshake.com

Fairshake cut right through the bureaucracy and got my situation with COMCAST resolved. They got them to remove the incorrect items that they placed on my credit report as a result of somebody using my identity to open an account in my name which they later defaulted on and thereby ruining my credit. Not sure I could have done this without their help....

Great help friendly people

Hi, To all out there who feel you have no justification from the constant bullying of the large companies you are bound to, think again. FairShake is a godsend to give you that justice and peace of mind. They helped me fight back when I felt the frustration of dealing with a company that told me I owed when I felt I did not. When that company said pay up or else, FairShake stood on my side and said "or else". Thank you FairShake!

Thanks for at least writing and getting the company Paypal to respond. It seems those scammers don't reverse account closures although they are at fault. Treated me like a criminal although I paid everyone. They still claim I ripped people off without disclosing who or when. Arbitration probably won't work because those scammers said their decision was final and the arbitrator will just side with pp.

These too big to fail companies have no regard their customers. The code of conduct for them is "Give us your money, or else". FairShake will file your complaint in a method that these terrible company's have to abide by. Even if your busy and think you do not have the time to fight with the brick wall. If you've have enough then use FairShake. Absolutely 100% worth it if you want to see a mega company make good on its broken promises snake oil sales and terrible treatment/disregard for its customers. You will even see how angry the company gets when they have to respond and deal with you or actually address your complaint. Totally worth it.

My billing cycle with ATT for wireless service was from the 24th of the month to the 23rd. I changed providers on the 29th. ATT wanted to charge me for a full month. I divided my bill by 31 and sent them payment for 6 days worth. They wanted it all and sent my bill to collection. Fairshake sent them a letter of arbitration and ATT settled and gave me credit for the remaining $108 they had said I owed. Not a whole lot of money but it was a principle thing. It was worth the 20% of the credit that I paid Fairshake to resolve the issue.

I think this a helpful site.

Fair shake was able to negotiate a settlement offer with Verizon Wirless for wrongful termination of my services which led to the subsequent loss of my cloud storage containing almost a decade of media and photos I can not replace and lost for good.
