I’m so glad I found FairShake! I have been cheated by ATT for many years. I had no recourse. So when I found out about FairShake I thought, “what do I have to loose?” Well I was pleasantly surprised to get the settlement I wanted and in a short amount of time. Thank you so much FairShake!!

Like everyone else. I have been scammed. Fortunately I only paid the small fee of 20.00. I have been shifted to 5 reps and the last one said there is nothing else I can do. I contacted the rep Allison Cammack from the legal team at AMEX. SHE DID NOT RESPOND at all. The AMEX company agreed to pay me however I have yet to receive my payment this has been going on sense November 2020. The last communication from Fair Shake Stated AMEX said my bank rejected the payment, what a croc. This is a team of scammers. I even called AMEX customer complaint against Allison and they in house emailed her and she never responded. Fortunately I have all communication threads. However I don't have a clue as to who can help me expose them for fraud. The AAA that settles cases is located in Florida. Fair Shake just gives a street address but no city. 159 Main St, thats all. Please post this as a first for review before they get scammed. Most people have only 180 days to file a legal claim against the company who they Arbitrate against. I have missed my window because of them and their mis information.

Update 3/11: Our team followed up on the issue here. American Express has reissued the payment and Mr. Cameron has received it. The initial issue was caused by the bank that the payment was being sent to. -Max Hi Jerome, I'm sorry to hear this. I have triggered a refund of your FairShake fee. Unfortunately companies control the pace at which they provide any settlement that they have agreed to (although they are legally bound by the settlement). -Max

I can't thank FairShake enough!! I fell victim to an online scam. Long story short PayPal sided with the scam and claimed I owed them money. I didn't know what to do or who to turn to for help. I'd never taken on a big company like them I was nervous but also angry!! Big company or not I wasn't about to let them get away with this. So I found FairShake online and read their reviews and really liked what I saw. So with FairShake on my side I felt confident. The reviews I had read were right FairShake took on PayPal and submitted a claim on my behalf negotiated a settlement offer for me all in a few weeks time. FairShake was fast friendly and got the job done!! If you or a friend or family member are in a similar situation as I was don't hesitate to get their help. Without them I would've been out a decent amount of money. I highly recommend FairShake!!!!!!!!! Thank you FairShake!!!!!

I used fairshake for a dispute with AT&T. The company offered me a credit on my account which I was to get within 30 days of signing the paperwork..I paid fairshake almost a 100 dollars for the service which seemed fair, but it has been over 30 days and I still haven't received the credit on my account and now I'm out almost a 100 bucks. Scam. Edit: Was not asked for any further documentation, and the letter stated that the account would be credited a certain amount. What the hell did I pay almost 100 dollars to your company if you can't guarantee we are getting what you are paid for...SCAM..will be filing a BBB so others are not taken advantage of like I was.

Update 2/26: Hi, We've triggered a refund of your payment based on your dissatisfaction with the service. (Please note that according to our payment processor it may take up to 10 days to appear on your card.) If you still have not received credit from the company in another 30 days, please do message us at [email protected] and [email protected]. We rely on companies to follow the agreements they sign through our platform -- they generally do, since these agreements are legally binding -- but if a company isn't following through on its commitments we want to know. -Max Hi, I do see you have signed the settlement offer you were offered by company, which you can access and download from app.fairshake.com. Unfortunately, FairShake can't control how quickly a company follows up and delivers the settlement that they have agreed to. Sometimes a company may require additional tax documents as well, like a W-9 form, so you should check your email to make sure you weren't asked for follow-up information either directly by the company or by their law firm. If you have further questions please contact us at help[at]fairshake.com and/or trustpilot[at]fairshake.com -- we want to make sure your settlement reaches you! -Max

So far, a week later, there is an agreement and an offer from my internet company for a settlement under a $100 (desired amount). Curious if this will pan out.... I will update upon payment to show this arrangement is real and trustworthy

I came across this company and have been very fortunate and blessed to have them in time of need. They have been great with communication, updates and help where others don't care. I'm still awaiting resolution on a few Incompetent, Negligent, Discriminatory companies. One in which was settled and has not fulfilled their contract settlement. That's on that Business. I believe fairshake will get this one that was due resolved immediately due to non compliance of legal settlement agreement. So, thank you to all the great people who have listened, helped and weren't dismissive. Thumbs-up 👍 Even more so when this old is finally resolved. Update- I was given Direct Email contact With T-Mobile office of CEO , I contacted that person and the Next day thing’s were completely resolved and Settled. Great Job Fair Shake! Advocate for us Law abiding good citizens who are blatantly being taken advantage of. Kudos and God bless.

Unbelievable, September 16th, 2020. 5 months go by,...nothing. I was told to wait for arbitration, then nothing. That was in November 2020. Tried to contact Clarissa again on messages, and all of a sudden she isn't accepting messages that we had texted on before. Last message to her that received a response was December 31, 2020. I have been patient...too patient i guess.. I am disappointed to say the least...M.D.

Hello, If you message me with your information I can have our team look into this. I'd also like to make sure you're aware that if you visit your FairShake dashboard (https://app.fairshake.com/) we have an option to chat live with a claim specialist who should be able to answer your questions. We switched to this method late last year to replace text messaging -- you should have received a communication but I apologize for any confusion. Finally, while we help users escalate a claim to arbitration, the arbitration process itself is run by the American Arbitration Association -- an independent, neutral entity -- who controls the timeline of any case. Most claims don't go to arbitration -- our hope is always to see a fair settlement between a customer and the company before they get that far. -Max

Fairshake helped me deal with Verizon wireless.. they were fast and efficient.. and the fee was extremely reasonable.. and it saved my credit.. it is about time something that this exists to help the people against these multibillion dollar companies that screw people over on a daily basis.. the whole process took 2 weeks and not only did I they get verizon to agree to remove from my credit. They also got the entire bill erased.. I am extremely satisfied and will recommend this great company to anyone that needs it..
