I was very satisfied with the results

I am so happy I found FairShake! I was so upset with my situation due to a company that did not follow through with their promise to me after I switched over to their service. I had talk to so many people at that company & I was sick of being transferred over & over again. I came across Fair Shake while searching for ways to resolve my issue & I am so happy I did. I filled out the necessary paperwork & submitted it to FairShake. They were also very good about keeping me updated on my situation. Within 60-90 days that company had submitted a settlement to me & I accepted the settlement. Dealing with FairShake was very easy & believe me when I say if I ever need their service, I will without a doubt use them again.

I had a issue with my cell phone company not fixing a phone that was under warranty instead they charged me to get it fixed this advertisement popped up for fairshake I filled it out in not even a month and the phone company settled with me for more then I paid out .Thank you so much you are the best Brenda Estep

I like how quickly they handled my case. The agents were always helpful. Minus one star goes to the fact that they have no way of contact via phone. You can't call them, and they can't call you. Everything is done via email, or online chat.

This company was great they resolve my problem with AT&T fast I recommend this company to all who have problems

This is a scam This company told me that they could help us, so they sent our information to AAA, case was dismissed and did not talk to one person about my case
