I filed a complaint with FairShake against Verizon Wireless for billing me for services they did not provide. Verizon Wireless put me up for a collection process with a collection agency. I settled with the collection agency and Verizon dropped their case. I advised FairShake that I wished to drop my complaint against Verizon Wireless. FairShake attempted to bill me for "use of their platform" and services rendered, although they never did a single thing to resolve my claim and never collected one dime on my behalf. Beware FairShake. They will not give you a fair shake. In fact, they will try to shake you down. A bogus website, if I ever saw one. December 16, 2021 I negotiated a settlement with the collection agency to whom my account was assigned by Verizon Wireless. FairShake had absolutely nothing to do with the settlement process. I am extremely dissatisfied with the inefficiency of FairShake in addressing my complaint. I quote from the FairShake website: "FAQ - FairShake How much does your service cost? FairShake is designed to never cost you anything out of pocket and your claim with us is subject to a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you don’t think we did a good job, you don’t have to pay." Your attempt to "invoice" me for a service that you failed to provide and with which I am totally unsatisfied is a dishonest and deceptive dereliction of your written guarantee. I would never, never, ever extend my trust again to a business concern that is as blatantly unethical and hypocritical as FairShake has proven itself to be.

At&t tried to get over on me and my family during the pandemic. They scammed me to switch told me two cell lines and home wifi was unlimited Everything,& unlimited hotspot data, my bill would be 201 a month in total. Less than a month of having them I get a bill saying I owe 3,905. I called them repeatedly filed complaints against it no response, emailed complaint, filed claim against it with at&t and still no response finally I found fair shake. Fair shake helped me even though I had to pay couple dollars it was worth it to help fix it . They got 2900 and some change knocked off it. I accepted just to be done with it. But I will never deal with at&t for cell phone nor internet again. Fair shake does charge but it is worth it. I would highly recommend. They also will offer up to a 20% discount and u have 30 day to pay it in full with putting a 1$ down payment . But honestly it is 100% official and they honestly do what they say they will and they do tell you in print everything no surprises. I wanna thank fair shake for helping this low income family out after at&t tried to get over on us. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Fair shake is the best thing since Angie's list was first created to help protect people from companies that are no good abd fraud people out of money, except fair shake does so much more than tell on a platform Wich companies to trust fair shake can't be vought, bot buy big corporate companies that have been known to payoff lawsuits or should I say lawyers under the table to take a dice and let people lose when they should have won, no fair shake and it's affiliates are 10 out of 5 stars because they work 247 to help even the smallest of claims abd people that could not afford detainers that lawyers want to file a claim before you even go to vourt, no fair shake is a one stop shop if you will that is giving big corporate companies the chop they deserve to stop corporations from being able to freely screw people over abd hurt there familes financially emotionally and get away with it by saying no there's nothing we can do abd that being the end of our hopes I been there too many times I am going after every company that ever lied to us abd ripped us off causing financial loss because now we have a voice abd shoulders to stand on and it's as simple as 5 minutes if your ti e to notify fair shake of who you want to go after abd why abd what u feel they owe you from everything begining with financial loss, debt relief, abd even credit repair abd don't be afraid to ask for them to seek out a public apology they will fight for you anyone with a true story and from the most bashful person intimidated to speak out afraid that these companies will do more harm if you do, ve afraid no more abd trust in fair shake and what they do because they will take the fight to them and first abd foremost they will fight for you take it from someone who has experienced it abd delt with all my complaining along the way with a professional attitude fully understanding of how I must have felt abd supporting me every step of the way always being there to talk to I consider them more as a fair friend than a fair shake because that's all they have been to my family and I and I could not thank them enough abd I hope this message resignates with everyone who reads it abd reaches those who haven't read it by the words of others reaching out to them I will forever be a spokesman of freewill abd advocate for them from the purest of places with love from my heart feel free to reach out to me if it is legal for fair shake to share my I formation but I doubt they will as they are number one I keeping your privacy if you have any questions or second thoughts of the validity of this message as I am not a paid spokesman I am not paid or offered services for free of any kind to do this or say this it is truly from the bottom to the top of my heart abd the very best of my knowledge abd beleif, I just hope it does them as much justice in people reaching out to them at fair shake com as the justice they have gotten for me I wish you all a blessed day and your opportunity to fight back is right there abd there waiting to hear from you as do I to verify any of your doubts or concerns that I may be able to confirm for you and they do not get paid unless they get you paid abd it's only 20 dollars per hundred they get back for you and they deserve so much more for the work they put in for you but that's it that's all they get they are for the little people the underdogs if you will veleive me the time has arrived for the best underdog story of the 21st cebtury

I traded my excellent condition phone in on a new iPhone after they received my phone they said it had come in broken and not functioning as it should and offered me a much lower trade in value than expected. I contacted fair shake and told them my concerns, They mediated with AT&T and we’re able to assist me in a better solution! Very happy I worked with fair shake!

I cancelled my service with Direct TV. They sent me a box to ship back their equipment. I followed their instructions on the box and took box to USPS as directed by the instructions. About two months later Direct TV started sending me a bill for $145 for nonreturned equipment. I called multiple times explaining I had returned equipment. I was assured that I was to just be patient because their warehouse was very behind. At one point one representative actually told me they had received the equipment. And yet I got another bill for nonreturned equipment! Direct TV was absolutely no help and very frustrating to deal with! The last time I called the representative told me to wait a couple more weeks as he was sure they would find the returned equipment in their system. He said this happens all the time. Then I get a letter that I was turned over to collections! I found Fairshake on a consumer complaint search and filed a complaint. It didn’t take long at all and Fairshake resolved the issue! Direct TV removed the charges and restored the credit report! Well worth the small fee they charge! THANK YOU Fairshake! Direct TV was a great company until AT&T bought them out!

YOUR COMPANY WAS AWSOME IN TAKING CARE OF MY CASE.AND SETTLING IT RIGHT AWAY

My wife of 52 years passed away last week. I was totally lost using her phone. Some how I locked myself out of my account and didn't know how to fix it. I had to go to corrsvelle Tennessee version. Seeing my state of mind and not understanding her phone they were more than glad to help. After some time and calls to version everything was fix. I could not of done it alone the staff are all 5 star.
