Buyers Beware
Ordered a St. Benedict Medal "EIVS IN OBITV NRO PRAESENTIA MVNIAMVR" on January 11, 2026. The item did not arrive on time after payment for expedited delivery. The number for customer service was disconnected and the email I was provided was also defunct as it has been over a week and never received any response. When the item finally arrived I refused delivery.

The gold in this feather has taken flight and may never be located again!
The gold feather and chain were not marked as being 10K gold, as specified in the description. This lowers the resale value of the piece, except by a long complicated lab process to certify the true amount and quality of the gold.

Hello there, Thanks for reaching out. All of our gold items are crafted from either 10k or 14k gold, ensuring both quality and durability. We do not offer gold plated or gold filled jewelry, as we believe in providing our customers with authentic pieces. Each item is stamped for authenticity, giving you peace of mind with your purchase. We only stamp the bail for the pendants in order to ensure that the stamp will not compromise the overall design of the pendant. We are confident that even if our items will be subjected to a third party inspection and authentication, our items will will be deemed 10k gold. Additionally, we include a certificate of authenticity inside the package with every order, further validating the quality of your jewelry. All of our products are proudly produced in our factory located in Los Angeles, where we maintain strict quality control to ensure that you receive only the best. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. Best regards, FDJ Team
