This teacher's training course for The Face Yoga Method was excellent! It was thorough, and packed with so much useful information. All of the teachers were truly invested in making their students comfortable and prepared to teach. After the very intensive 6 months of training, I feel very comfortable going out into the world and teaching this method! Anyone who is interested in teaching face yoga could not do better than this course! I highly recommend it!

Face Yoga Method Certfication Program was an amazing experience. The instructors are so supportive and encouraging. I learned so much! Face Yoga Method isn't just about Face yoga. It was a life changing experience. During the certification I found a new confidence in myself. Face Yoga Method Certfication is worth every minute.

Being part of the 2024 TCC programme was a great experience. Even though I am out of timezone I was able to make some live sessions but otherwise it was recorded workshops. Being part of the TCC Facebook community was awesome and so supportive and encouraging. I did things I have never done before such as filming myself and going live on Facebook. I am now used to these things and have started my in person classes 2 weeks ago. I look forward to staying in touch with everyone continuing to support and encourage each other.

I received my Face Yoga certification from here and I am a mastery member. The Face Yoga Method provides a holistic practice and all teachers are supportive and committed.

Face Yoga Method's TCC program is the most comprehensive and complete Face Yoga training you will find. There is all the support you could possible want and all the resources that you could ever need. In 6 months it prepared me not only to teach, but how to start my own business and it also changed my whole mindset, giving me so much confidence in myself. And when the course finishes, they don't just leave you hanging, you have continued support, and you are part of an amazing community of people who are all supportive of each other. It is truly a life changing experience.

It was so helpful when I received the e-mail from the Face Yoga Method about the confirmation Re: November Class Bundle to be able to access those classes forever on my account. I really felt so happy for the answer and help! Bertha Alicia Guzman

I met Face Yoga Method more than ten years ago, doing the exercises since then. It helps my face look almost ten years younger. I always reccomend it to my friends. Thank you FYM...
