Hi Anna, I’m so sorry you’ve been left feeling this way, and I want to fix it. Your program is ready and waiting for you. We replied the same day you wrote to us, with your access link and step-by-step instructions, and I’ve since followed up from my personal email too. It looks like our messages aren’t reaching your inbox, so please check your Spam or Promotions folder for emails from [email protected] or [email protected]. If you can’t find them, just reply to any of our emails or write to [email protected], and I’ll get you into your program personally. 💜 Warmly, The Face Yoga Method

Dear Kari, Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in receiving your Face Yoga Sprint Bundle. Upon reviewing our records, it appears that your welcome email containing the access link was dispatched to your registered email on November 29th. We did respond to your inquiries promptly on November 30th and December 5th, providing the necessary login credentials for our Studio platform. However, it seems that these emails might have inadvertently landed in your Spam folder, which can occasionally happen with certain email filters. To ensure you receive the necessary information, I've taken the liberty of forwarding the entire email thread from an alternate email address ([email protected]). Kindly check both your inbox and Spam folder for an email from this address to ensure access to the Sprint Bundle. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out. Best regards, The Face Yoga Method Team
