A breath of fresh air....
It is a breath of fresh air to be able to connect with a human who can actually answer my question or help me find something on my feed. I so happy I found Face Yoga Method

Excellent customer service!
I have been a member of The Face Yoga method for years now and their customer service has been and still is top notch! They are very quick to respond to any concerns you have and want to ensure you are happy with the outcome. I highly recommend anyone looking for a facial exercise program to try The Face Yoga Method. The exercises are simple yet very effective and with consistent use, you will see positive results!

Face Yoga Training Will Change Your Life
As a yoga teacher, I was impressed by Fumiko’s program. The coursework was very easy to navigate. Her teaching workshops, where she shares her 21 years of face yoga experience is something I still go back to replay. You always catch something new. Fumikos team of coaches cared for everyone’s success. Naomi and Maria, the coaches, workshops helped shape my teaching style. This is the best program out there because they even included marketing and mindset. You are seriously put up for success. Fumiko, you’ve truly changed my life. My face changed but something inside me much deeper changed. I’ve been told, you’re different now. I know I am. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience with the Face Yoga Certification Program! The program was thoughtfully designed, and the coaches were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. They created a safe, welcoming community where we could share our progress, ask questions, and explore all things face yoga without hesitation. Fumiko consistently challenged us to step out of our comfort zones, which helped me grow both personally and professionally. Her guidance was transformative and empowering. Maria played a crucial role in preparing us for success beyond the program. She helped us develop the right mindset and confidence to take the next steps in our face yoga journeys. If you’re considering becoming a certified face yoga instructor, I can’t recommend this program enough!

Living my dream!
By the time I started the course I was very stressed and overwhelmed. Buying the course meant so much to me, because I was sure, that I deserve my life to be better and I was trusting Fumiko. I have learned to relax my mind and body, to release my tensed muscles, to treat myself with love; I have known interesting people, I have met my mentors:))); I have changed my attitude to my daily routine and learned how to start building my business, the importance of planning and how unique I am; what is important for building the business. I have learned to listen to my Inner world. The stress is in my life, but my attitude has changed, and I have instruments in my hands, which help me to help myself. I AM LIVING MY DREAM!

The best choice I could have made! The face yoga method is a group of amazing people who are by your side in everything! They give you the courage to surpass yourself and become first the best version of yourself and then as a teacher! Fumiko is great, she has created a course that is so complete and helps you on so many levels that you can't even imagine! It's not just facial exercises, it's a new way of life! I love you ttc team! One of my best choices to join the Teacher Certification Course with Face Yoga Method! Well structured learning experience with deep, substantial content. Fully equips you to understand and teach high quality facial workouts and build a business with it. You re not left alone with the learning, as you are organized into study groups - not obligatory, but recommended and have the full support of the teaching team. Top quality in all aspects!
