Here's what happened before the first charge: • The trial offer email clearly stated: "After your 30 free days, it's just $57 a month if you want to continue. And you can cancel anytime, no questions asked." • The checkout page displayed the trial terms and the $57/month recurring charge before signup was completed. • As the trial was ending, a direct message was sent to your account — delivered to your email — with the charge date, the amount, and a direct link to cancel or switch to a lower plan. As for losing access when a subscription ends: this is how all membership-based platforms work, similar to a streaming service. You have access to the content while your subscription is active. This was explained clearly at every step of the signup process — it is not a one-time course. Your membership was canceled and a full refund issued immediately, so you can be assured there will be no further charges.
