TCC is life-changing!
TCC is the most amazing program that I have ever been part of. It will not only give you knowledge and expertise for the poses and anatomy - it will put you in the shoes of a teacher and will prepare you to help and guide your students. TCC is not just a course, it is a community where you feel so empowered and just at the right place to learn and grow in this amazing journey. And TCC is even more - it will change your mindset, your perception for yourselves and will give you the wings to fly and be the woman you have always wanted to be! TCC is really life-changing! It has changed my life and it will change yours as well!

Hi Boryana, Thank you so much for this powerful and touching message. Reading your words is a true reminder of why TCC exists, not just as a certification, but as a space for growth, empowerment, and real transformation. We’re so proud of how you’ve embraced the journey, stepped into the role of a teacher, and connected so fully with the community. Knowing that TCC has helped you become the woman you’ve always wanted to be is the highest compliment we could receive. Thank you for sharing your experience so openly, and for being such an inspiring part of the Face Yoga Method family. Warmly, The Face Yoga Method Team

FYM is a comprehensive TTT
FYM is a comprehensive TTT. The curriculum, instructors, the videos are excellent. They give you a space, at the same time a nudge to keep up the work. I wish we could do this in person!

Face Yoga Method teacher course
I have completed the Face Yoga Method teacher certified course in November 2024. Very thorough and well structured course which lasted 6 months. I was very pleased with the level of teaching and the content of the course. What I liked most was the live workshops, the interaction with my peer students and the beautiful community that you are part of. At the end of the course you feel ready to conquer the world! Thank you to all the teachers and especially to Fumiko! Best course ever! Overall very satisfied!
