Fabfitfun has always been a great company. My boxes have always been complete with every item accounted for! This is the first box that ive ever had an issue with and ive been a loyal member for years! A top was loose on one of the products and it spilled inside box messing up some of the other products. I was able to chat with a representative, send a picture, and they are resending me the damaged items. Easy peasy! And i appreciate great companies with great customer service. So thanks FFF!

Once again I didn’t get what I ordered. I didn’t even get what they were offering! I went online to check what was being offered and only one item I received was even offered. The rest was junk 2 little square bowls a cheep soap dispenser and cup a just under 2 oz hand lotion, lemonade scrub and eye cream. The one thing I was looking forward to receiving was a luggage weight checker. Not in the box. I’m so done with fff save your money!

Love the company, the brands and the options.

I. don't. Get. it. Great Trustpilot score, good reviews online. Mine have arrived (after a multi-week wait) and they are embarrassingly see-through. I won't even be able to wear them to the gym. Money totally down the drain. When looking at their return policy, I think this is the first company I have seen in over a decade that doesn't offer you a money back policy. Exchange only? That says so much about the company....

Had this subscription for a few years now and cancelled. Why cancel? Well, I stopped getting the customization emails, and at first I thought I must have missed them. After searching my inbox, junk and trash there wasn’t one. All I received was junk I would have never even given a single thought about. Received a box today, Mother’s Day, all filled with garbage I wasn’t given any opportunity to chose alternatives for. Seems to me that they are unloading over purchased products that people don’t select, well can’t select or unselect. Save your money and don’t use this service. Go and use your hard earned money on items you ACTUALLY select.

I had heard good things about this subscription, but I have to say I was not impressed. I don’t think they communicate enough with their customers on their process or business model. I will say that I found a few products I liked during my annual subscription, but it was not without headaches. More than once I wasn’t thrilled with the products offered but I didn’t realize until too late that you could ‘swap’ a box. Even when I did, I assumed that meant I would get an ‘extra’ box to replace that one in an upcoming season. Nope. Instead they used that ‘credit’ to pay for the ‘add ons’ and the $6.95 shipping they charge for the add ons. So instead of an entire box, I got a handful of discounted products. Not really the same. When I finally figured out how to cancel, they were clear that I had one box remaining in my subscription and after that I would not be charged anymore. But sticking to their true style of crappy communication, they never sent me an email to tell me when to make my box selections, so now I am getting a box of crap that no one else wanted. Unless you have money to toss out the window in random crap, save the headache and just treat yourself every now and again.

They do not let you know when they renew your subscription. They won't give you your money back. The Spring box was weak, and disappointing. Not like it used to be. The box is even smaller. But honestly the automatic renewal without warning is wrong. Especially when your sign up was July, and they renew you in May. That is not right.

First time customer. I took a one year subscription and wont renew. None of the items I wanted to get to customize my next box were available. I found that what I received in my first box was mostly disappointing so I gave it away to charity. The customer service was good when I reached out, but I just don't think this is worth the money.
