I received my box and a liquid item had opened and spilled out all over the inside of the box during shipment and ruined so many items and boxes. I called customer service and Cathy was so nice to me and empathetic about the situation. She resolved the issue by putting in a request to replace the damage items. She was super nice and helpful. The customer service is excellent. Thank you!!

I ordered 2 sets of earrings I only received 1 Packing slip and recipt says should have been 2. I texted amd they said would give me a 19 credit for next sale. But I paid 28 for the missing earrings set. Offered pictures of the shipment but made me deal like I did something wrong. Why should I be out money . I do t mind credit instead of the earrings but at least it should be what I paid

I text the number because upon opening my Summer Box one of my products had broken and glass was all over my box. Mary was extremely nice and was able to give me a credit for the product that was broken. The entire transaction was easy and Mary was professional and Nice.
