FabFitFunReviews of fabfitfun.com

FabFitFun is a great way to treat yourself and friends! I love the subscription!

I love that I was able to get a credit towards an item that was in the clearance sale that I was really looking to get. Thanks again.

I would not have had to call if I was made aware in my recent box that I item was arriving separately

I bought my wife a gift subscription for this because she really wanted it. It would not allow her to use it. Then you billed her for a full year membership. Because you took so much $ you put our account in the negative for over a week and now, even with the refund of both charges we are still owing overdraft fees because of it. VERY UPSET WITH YOU. A refund is great but what about my overdraft fees because of your mistake?

I received my spring FabFitFun add on boxes and the Swell bowl came absent the lid, interior shelf x the stainless steel salad dressing box. Right away I contacted FabFitFun and immediately Leo responded informing he had already sent out replacement. I went from disappointment to very happy how fast Leo rectified the problem.

Somehow my email was not entered into the new website and my annual box was sent without me getting to customize. She explained policies, reported it and had it fixed. Also allowed me to customize my box. Appreciated it as I’ve been a member since 2018.

Well, I don't know if my problem was solved; I will see in a couple of months. I canceled my membership and still receiving a package, supposedly this my one

I signed up to try it and only received 2 boxes since 2022.I cancelled my subscription and money continues to come out of my account with no product received! I reported the problem to my bank and they changed my debit card but it’s 2024 and it just came out of my account AGAIN!! If your company is going to continue to take money at least give products for it or let people unsubscribe without ripping them off.I’ve changed addresses online now that I realize you haven’t stopped accessing my bank account and going to wait and see if anything shows up this time.If not I’ll close my bank accounts I’ve had enough of this already.Where are all my other boxes you have taken the money for after I moved and unsubscribed??! You didn’t have my address because I unsubscribed so ?? Now you do so we will see
