On my last add-on order I saw 7 additional choices charges ($97). Because of the wording I didn’t recognize these charges as the cost of the mystery boxes on the spring box. I cancelled the 7 additional choices. If the agent had informed me that additional choices were mystery boxes I would’ve kept the charges! Disappointing

The tech was very easy to speak with. He handled the issue but I am still waiting on the results

I came to this subscription box after All True and the policies here are horrible. I am an annual member and I accidentally forgot to unclick on box when I was choosing on Choice 1, so they listed it as an additional item at cost. I didn't discover this until after the choosing window had closed and my credit card was declined. I contacted customer service, which you have to do through an AI chat and then someone will email you, and she said the system will continue to try and charge your card every 72 hours. They refused to take the additional item off. I had to enter a new credit card number. There is no telephone number and no email address listed online for customer service. Only AI Chat. I also find the merchandise substandard compared to All True. I have cancelled my subscription.

Customer service here is always great. They go above and beyond for their customers, even when the customer has made mistakes (guilty). I have been a customer for years and can’t see myself leaving anytime soon.

Somehow I ended up with 2 separate accounts. I’ve been with FFF from the beginning, with a short break due to a move. I goes I started a new account. I want able to just get rid of the extra account. I think that’s a little ridiculous, but I just sent the other subscription to my niece. She’ll love it. However, I would’ve preferred a credit and cancellation of the double subscriptions. Still a fan, but I’ll be very careful from now on.

Great help after being so frustrated by not being able to log in to my account.

There were items missing from one of my boxes and the customer care representative was extremely helpful in working to resolve the issue.

Fab Fit Fun customer service gets 1 star because, after 20 minutes, they finally cancelled my order, per my initial request. The online chat was supposedly with a human. They never gave me their name, never responded directly to my messages, wasted my time with cut and paste replies, sent links to unrelated topics and when I asked to chat with a human, they finally replied, "I am human." (I seriously doubt it.) It was agonizing, frustrating and a huge suck of my time.
