I really have enjoyed the boxes and the products. I failed to log in for my winter box but was very happy with the products that I got. I love trying the products because I would never have stepped out my regular routine had I not subscribed.

Customer services is awesome

I am a new member and was super excited to order my first box. Checked my tracking number once it said it was being delivered. I never received it even though it said it was delivered. Customer service told me it would take a week to either find my box or send a replacement. I was told they were supposed to contact me, but they never did so I had to call them to find out what had happened. They decided to send a replacement but instead of sending it ASAP they told me it would take another month!!!! Not happy about this because I should have already received my box, wish customer service would have been good enough to send rush shipping since it’s been a month and I never got my box. I really want to love this box and continue to get them every season, hopefully my box is filled with great stuff or I might have to cancel my subscription.

Amazing customer service. I put the wrong zipcode by one number on accident and UPS said that they were going to reroute it and deliver it to the correct address. Over a month later I followed and UPS said they threw the package away and never tried to deliver to the correct address or send it back to FabFitFun. I contacted FFF and they were more than happy to send a replacement or refund me. Every time I contact them for any needs they are more than happy to make things right, even when it wasn't their fault. THIS is customer service. Thank you so much.

The whole subscription is a nice way to treat yourself once a season, and you can tell that the team wants to do everything they can to make sure your experience is special. I had a problem customizing one of my boxes and after I reached out to them they immediately responded and were super nice about finding a solution. I definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about at least trying one box.
