I recently had inquiries regarding a reward program with this company. They emailed me right back are looking into rewarding loyalty customers (returning annual members) , and possibly birthday promos. I was very impressed with how this company took care in my opinion and reached out to me. I really appreciate feeling like a valued customer after 4 years of ongoing membership and I can't wait to see what they come up with for rewarding their loyal customers. I love their boxes & sales & their attention to their customers opinion. Awesome

Customer service is very efficient, texting seems to be the only way to contact them, which is not my preference, but the issue was resolved very quickly to my satisfaction. I love the choices of products for my boxes (customisation) that I have as an annual member, although the product options have not been as good in the past 6 months as previously. I still find the membership to be extremely good value for money. I think I just need to remember to use the forum to comment on the box customisation product choices/availability!

Customer Service was quick to help me after I got charged for an annual membership and was planning to switch to a seasonal membership due to money constraints right now. This happened due to my oversight to be honest, so I was very anxious that they wouldn't refund me without a fight, but they did and were so quick about it! I'm super grateful, it took a huge weight off my shoulders!

Timely attention quick resolution to my issue

This company is a SCAM. I signed up as an annual member to be able to customize my box first, since they advertise "Early Access to Customize!" WHAT A JOKE!! I logged on to customize today, the first day of customizing for annual subscribers, and literally half the items for item #1 choice are already unavailable. What is the point of subscribing as an annual member to have "early access to customize" if they items I want aren't even available on the very first day of customization?! Because this company is a scam. Fabfitfun's customer service is unbelievable and unprofessional, but no big surprise there. I chatted with them asking for a refund because their annual subscription promises are incredibly misleading and they just cut me off and exited the chat without even resolving my issue.
