Each box brings me joy!

I bought the first 2 boxes back in winter 2019 and the winter editors box. I loved them both so much that I paid for a year to be a "Select member". The 1st box and add on sale was great. The edit sale i loved. Spring 2020 was fabulous. Now I am sitting here with 5 or 6 different attempts to find out where my summer 2020 box is. Got shipping label May 21st. Each person has given me a different answer as to where my box and add ons are. Nice. I have never been so disappointed with FFF. It was wait until May 28th, Then wait until June 1, then June 6th, now wait until June 8th. I got to excited and shopped their memorial day sale and spent the usual $ 200 on sale items just like I do with add ons. Not ever again. I would suggest they get it together. Its the small things like FFF that help some of us thru covid and civil unrest and gives us something to look forward to. Now its just been stress on stress trying to find where my box for summer is. Isn't doesnt matter if your a select. That just means you saved 20 dollars signing up early. If this continues the rest of my year with them should be very disappointing. I hope they prove me wrong.

I joined specially because I saw a few things that were advertised as being in the Spring box Of course fine print said no guarantee but you can select the items you want during a certain period of time I did that and the two items I was most excited about and selected were not in my box Cancelled my subscription and can’t recommend

I got the 1 year subscription as a gift and I was doubtful at the beginning that I’m going to like it or not. Now is the 3rd quarter of receiving their boxes and I couldn’t be more happier! Love it!!!!

bought one off box (spring 2020) and whilst the postage feels like it takes forever the contents are fab, was so blown away with quality and variety i immediately bought an old box (winter 2019)which was equally as good. The customised options are really good. Can't wait for my summer box! My favourite subscription box.

For now .. I’m having a bad experience and I haven't even received the box yet. My husband bought me an annual membership, he wanted to surprise me for my birthday and then asked to send my box to the address of the store he works at. The day before delivery my husband changed the address , so that the next boxes would be delivered to my home. However, for some reason the delivery was not made to the first address that had already been processed. So after that I went to the chat and complained about it , and an attendant said that to process the new delivery will take more than 3 weeks and gave me only $ 10 credit for the inconvenience, hehehe NOW I don’t have my gift box , I have $10 of credit NOW tell me what I buy with $10 on the site where everything is expensive NOW I have no estimated date for receiving it. I VERY HAPPY !!!!!!!!!!
