FabFitFunReviews of fabfitfun.com

Love each box I receive. Love that’s it a variety of products and not just makeup

Luckily I did not pay for the actual subscription I received a starter box for free from a friend. I have received two starter boxes from friends and each time I have not found the products worth paying the price to actually commit and subscribe. I feel they just give you a few overly priced items in one box.. I adore subscription boxes - just not this one. I do however love Ipsy as I receive things that I am actually interested in using and it is more affordable with more products in each bag. I don't care much to receive full sized items when I am just trying them out anymore.

Love every single box I’ve received and never any complications! I’m surprised at the negative reviews! I look forward to this box every season! The only thing I can complain about is when I go to get add ons literally the day it opens most things I want or interested in is already sold out! People don’t play when it comes to ordering their add ons! Get in quick to get what you want!

I have received six subscription boxes from fff. I switched to being an annual member last year. There are some products I love (jewelry, moisturizers and creams), some that are meh (storage containers, blankets, hair treatments), some that I have no idea what to do with (usually fabfitfun picks that I had no hand in choosing). I definitely feel like I get more than I pay for, but it also feels incredibly wasteful having products laying around that I will probably never get around to using by the time the next box arrived. Their electronics are very low quality. Those are priced too high for the cheap material and manufacturing. There's been maybe three fitness-related items since I joined but tons of options for skin care. If you enjoy products that pamper you, I'd recommend fff. If you already have your trusted products and routine, I'd say skip the $200/year.

Not bad, but not the best. Definitely not worth the hype. If you’re an annual subscriber, like I was; it costs about 200 dollars. For the price, I expected the quality to be a bit better. My fall and spring boxes did not match my expectations. My winter box did, and hopefully my summer box will. I liked the summer customization choices better than I did for the spring. I’m glad that I tried this out, but I think I will be trying out something different now. I will come back depending on the quality of the items.

Fabfitfun is a dishonest company. I cancelled my subscription months ago after receiving two boxes of complete junk for me and my mother. I got a confirmation email that my subscription was cancelled. Then today my account was billed again for the summer boxes. I called customer service located in the Philippines and operated by people who I can barely understand. After two calls I hung up in frustration, though they acknowledged that I had cancelled my subscription and they don't know why I was billed. So I got no resolution from those calls. I called my bank and had to hold for 45 minutes for a rep. The rep blocked all future attempts to bill me and said that Fabfitfun is one of the companies that repeatedly does this to customers. Fabfitfun is a good idea gone bad. If my favorite podcasters continue to advertise them I will no longer listen. Please everybody let's erase this company. They don't deserve any more chances.

I would like to give this scamming place ZERO stars. I cancelled my subscription cause the Spring 2020 box was repeated crap. Well I decided to give it another go. I typically love my boxes. Welp they duped me and sent me a “Style” box and charged me an additional $20. It’s one of those...we’ll send you some clothes, pick what you want and then return what you don’t like. I didn’t even ok this!!!! Like at all!! I did the clothing survey (along with all the questions) when I signed up over 2 years ago and have never received the “style” box. But just because I renewed my subscription it’s ok to charge my card and send me junk. And let me tell ya, it was junk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cheaply made/UGLY clothing. Don’t even bother trying to get in touch with customer service because “style” is different than the regular box. You have 3 days to decide on what you like and send it back. Uuuuuhhhh they better go off the shipping date. I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should’ve stayed with my original gut and stayed cancel. Oh and by the look of the summer box, it’s things I’ve already been sent, like twice already. Awful, just completely awful!!!

I started off as a seasonal subscriber and after my first two boxes I decided to upgrade to Select (annual subscription) and now I'm regretting that I did. I'm not happy about the options I have been receiving each seasons and I really dislike the FFF picks, especially in my Summer 2020 box. Foot and hand cream, and an eyebrow pen?? The website crashed while I was trying to select options and I missed out on the sanitizing boost package. Then to not receive either the Murad, Riddle oil or Make up applicator is really disappointing and once again my mood is ruined. I have had items not ship on time and I always receive my items late. Furthermore, my experience with FFF is a hit and miss and lately I have had more misses than hits. This will be my first and last year being an annual subscriber and most likely a subscriber period. Not going to waste my hard earned money on some "algorithm".
