Always excited to see the box come!! Like my own little get away in a box, love I can customize and try new items that are full size. I have about 14 boxes I've purchased, it has helped me try items I would not normally purchase, and reuse the colorful boxes for storage. 😁

Enjoy all of it

Loved everything in the box!!! Can’t wait for next one!!!

I love the add on sales and everything in my box!

Great products, fantastic value, and empowering for women.

I love Fabfitfun! It's the best gift you give to yourself every season! The Plus is all the it products you'll want in the next season will come in a box and you won't have to go shopping! :)

I like being able to choose some of the items in my box and alsp love the "surprise" element of getting the FFF box every month. I like almost all of the products I get and the ones that aren't for me, I give to my family members. I feel that its a very good value for all the high emd products.

I have mixed emotions about the service. I started as a regular member and then upgraded to the select status. Since doing so, I've been a bit disappointed. Every time the box customization opens there's always issues with it working at the designated time online as well as through the app. I reach out to customer care and the answer is always the same, we're currently working to resolve the issue. This has happened on several boxes so it's an ongoing issue.Normally this wouldn't be a big issue but several of the items I would select are no longer available. That means some people can get in before others, which is irritating since I pay a premium to gain this access. The last 3 shipments had issues. The 1st seasonal box had damaged items. Customer care took care of the issues but several of the items that were damaged were no longer available. They gave a partial credit and sent an alternate product. The issues was due to how the items were packaged. They were thrown in with the seasonal box in a larger box and it was crushed in transit. The next box had an item that was faulty. I provided the details to customer care and they were able to replace the unit but they had to reach out the the manufacturer. Luckily they still had the item in place. Now the last box wasn't even delivered. Apparently, FedEx lost the package in transit. There were 2, one with ad-ons and other my summer box. I was essentially told that there was nothing they could do outside of a refund. I missed out on the one box I was looking forward the most to along with the ad-ons because there were specific items I wanted. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. With the credit, I don't know if it was for the entire Select box and the ad-ons or just the ad-ons. I also wanted the tracking # to file a complaint with FedEx since this appears to be an on-going issue. The rep told me that once he confirmed there was an issue the tracking number was no longer available. Now with the credits I have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund with money I paid over a month ago for the shipment. After these issues, I'm contemplating whether or not to continue with the subscription. I paid the Select membership fees up front and now every box has an issue.
