I love the sales and other member perks. The seasonal boxes are good, but I feel like they have been lacking lately. My most recent box was a bit of a disappointment and it seems like the sales are better than the curation. I'm hopeful that this will change in the future and will be better than it was in the past.

I am currently awaiting my box I'm in the UK! Luckily as I have visa an MasterCard if they don't deliver what's promised there are other ways an means of getting your money back, so I await it with baited breath an IL hold no punches when it comes to my beauty vlogging. The thing that really annoys me is alot of the videos promoting fff they are paid promotions an not a true reflection. When I get my box an I start to vlog I will bar no punches People deserve the truth not paid biast. I have an amazing following many in the same boat as I was when I ordered. If it's as good as stated then il hype you upto the hills if it's not, then step your game up before you lose more customers.

The first FabFitBox I got in the Spring was ok not great but ok. Just came from the mail got the Summer box so excited couldn’t wait to open it.....so disappointing!!! There were 8 items in it no cooler none of the cool stuff they show on their site and in their commercials. Pillow case is a joke from China useless makeup sponge can get the same think at Big Lots foot creme roll on oil no fragrance listed? Beach mist and tea toner??? And the Tom sunglasses not a great style and last but not least James Draper straw bag there are way better ones at TJMaxx All in all a big disappointment for the money it looks like they just threw whatever was leftover in a box and shipped it. As soon as I finish this review I will be cancelling my subscription all done with FabFitNofun!

This is the absolutely worst subscription box that ever was, I started getting it at the end of 2018 and over time they have gotten worse with the Breech that they refuse to admit to missing add-on products that I paid for to now the summer box, they took payment out at the end of May and I called today to see where my box was or when it might ship I was told "your box will not ship until July 7th or after" WTH why???? You had NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY BUT I HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN 2 MONTHS FOR MY BOX. This is unacceptable and I will definitely be canceling my subscription. I get alot of boxes and they all ship within 3 weeks of payment no more than 4 and then they give me a discount of extra products if I have to wait long for my box.

I love all the products that I receive every season. My summer box was attempted to be delivered on June 3rd,2020 I had a family emergency out of town and when I tried to hold my mail through the post office the website was having problems. I called and they said that any packages that are left with a slip they would hold for 30 days. I went on June 23rd to pick it up with the slip that was in my mailbox, and someone picked it up on June 10th at 4:34 pm ( i know I wasn't in town at this time and I had proof of this) I Called customer service and told them what happened they were mot than happy to help send me a new box to replace the one stolen. Thank you for all your help I have had problems in the past month with all my packages being stolen from my doorstep and the post office giving my box to other people.

UPDATE: I have actually just received all but one item i am waiting for and i have gotten several duplicates. Not sure if hat i have paid for or not but i truly do love FFF. I absolutely loved FFF until the last 2 months. I order ALOT of things on line for personal and work. My packages are now delayed but only with FFF. I went back and reviewed and often. The shipping was sent to carrier but my package didn’t even leave the FFF for 5-9 days later. I recently experienced double billing. The quality of items received are awesome and no complaints. But of the shipping issue is not fixed i won’t renew. It is not al due to COVID either. Since other companies are literally using same ship pattern and arrriving on time

I love the savings and the products; however there is much to be desired over actually receiving orders. As of today, June, 20, 2020 I have not received my summer box. I have paid for an entire year so I was told my box would go out in the first wave. Last week I was asked to complete a survey asking how I liked my summer box. How can I answer a survey when I don't even have my order. It is also super annoying to continue to be asked every week to buy more products, when I haven't even received the items I selected and paid for in May.

After subscribing to fff on 5th May and paying with my credit card (which I have not used since last year), I have had fraudulent charges on my credit card. After looking up fff on the internet, I discovered that they'd had a data breach, which affected customers who made a purchase between 2nd and 6th May. My purchase was on the 5th!!!! I found a letter titled 'Notice of Data Breach' from the fff co-ceo Michael Broukhim on the Vermont Attorney General's website. I contacted customer services, who would not admit the breach. I provided them with information. Got absolutely nowhere, I was just told they would have to discuss it with their second level of support. This was on 10th June and 9 days later, I've still not heard anything. This behaviour is totally shocking and disgraceful. I have a right to know if my personnal details have been stolen. Fff obviously don't think this is a serious issue. UPDATE 2nd July 2020 22 days later and still no-one has contacted me. This is not acceptable. My personal details have been stolen. Fff have you ever heard of data protection. It may not be a serious issue in the US, but it definitely is the UK. Please don't come back and say I wasn't one of the unlucky 600 that you say were affected - I've only used my credit card once this year and that was to make a purchase from your website. To anyone reading this, I would definitely recommend that you DO NOT use Fabfitfun.
