In 2018 I got 3 boxes; summer, fall & winter and they were AMAZING. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to other financial obligations that took priority over the extra spending. I finally returned for the spring & summer 2020 boxes. I cannot express how disappointed I am in how the items have changed. I remember getting, skin care, makeup, a hair care, among a good variety of other things but it always included earrings, necklaces, household accessories, jewelry dishes, towels, blankets, bags and other exciting accessories. I could pick and choose from a large variety of different items. This summer box I received FOUR skincare products, a pillow case “sleeve” whatever that is, a makeup blender & an eyebrow pencil. If I wanted only skincare items or a blender & an eyebrow pencil I would subscribe to a makeup box, not a women’s lifestyle box. Sadly, I think this is it for me & my FabFitFun subscription. I will say their customer service is good, except for when they were supposed to replace a damaged eyeshadow pallet in 2018.. I’m still looking for that package in the mail. However, I did purchase an add on this time and it looked like it was half used & they did tell me they would send out a replacement, we will see if this one comes.

Fabfitfun is AWESOME! I love love love the boxes. The questionnaire definitely helps them get to know you. I’m pregnant and in my third trimester and the sleepy time lotion they sent me last time was so wonderful. I genuinely love everything I get!

Recently there was a data breach at FFF and rather than inform their customers they chose to hide the issue. I only became aware of the issue after my credit card was used fraudulently. When I contact their customer care they were rude and really gave the attitude they couldn't care less. Further to this when I shared what I had found on Reddit & someone shared it on their community forum several people came forward saying they had experienced unauthorized payments on their card; some of these cases happened years ago suggesting it's an ongoing issue. FFF state that only 600 people were affected and they were all contacted but this doesn't seem true. They should have contacted everyone and explained the issue. Had they been open from the start people's trust wouldn't have been ruined. UPDATE: Their email basically states they refuse to do anything about the issue, such as investigate or talk. They continue to state the same things despite the mounting evidence stating differently. Customers are filing complains with their banks who are now looking into this more deeply with their fraud departments. "As we have previously communicated to you, this incident was limited to the Shop extension of our site, and your information was not affected. This is why you, and other unaffected individuals, did not receive a notification letter from us. We appreciate that this incident has been raised as a concern in the Community forum and it is important that all posts are truthful and free of misinformation. Lastly, FabFitFun is aware of, and has complied with, our legal obligations regarding this incident."

I have had a seasonal membership for almost two years now. The spring box was slightly disappointing but this Summer 2020 box was even more disappointing. If your not an annual/select member no options are available for the already limited picks. I feel it is getting worse every season. I love the edit sales which has made me keep trying & hoping the next season box will be better. I think the summer box may be my last unfortunately. I was missing an item it said I would have and there isn’t even anything else that replaced it. I will have to contact them today. It’s sad, I hate to cancel because they started off great! Still worth trying if you haven’t before

Love this subscription box. Love that they focus on the seasons for each box. Every product is great quality

I love FabFitFun! The products are great, the selection is amazing, and I've used many of the products and items I've received! My reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the following: The phone app is glitchy and does not always save my box selections; I have to go back once or twice to re-select and make sure they save. The last two boxes have been a majority of skin care, and I have in my survey/profile that skin care is not as preferred as I cannot possibly use it all or at one time without my skin breaking out or being confused. My most recent box has a defective product which I intend to notify customer service, and I have no doubt they will help me as the customer service has been amazing. I wish I could give a 4.5, but the two items above could use some attention. Overall, I do love FabFitFun and have recommended it to several friends and family!
