Fabfitfun customer service went out of their way to make sure I got my fall box. I moved out of state and forgot to change my address in the system. My original box was sent to my old address and I was so bummed when I realized this happened. I reached out to customer service to tell them I moved and to ask if they would send a replacement box to my new address. They had no problems accommodating me even though it was my fault. Thank you!!!!

I feel that Nick tried his best to work with me on finding out what happened to my FFF box. Since my email address has changed since I signed up I don’t know anything yet.

Due to my own confusion a box was sent to the wrong address where I would not be able to retrieve it. A new box was sent to my current address. The helpful customer service has encouraged me to continue ordering the FabFitFun box

I love everything about dealing with this company!

I received an introductory box and one other box. I should have cancelled after the introductory box. I received a makeup removing cloth in both boxes - something I won't use. I also received lotions, cleansers and soaps. Most have an overwhelming smell that makes using them prohibitive. Others are irritating on the skin. When researching the products online, one could only be found on Ebay - not exactly the place I go for skincare products. To round out my subscription, I received some packing cubes - but as we are in the middle of a global pandemic, none of us are doing much traveling. I also received a diffuser with such unpleasant smells that I put the whole thing in a box to be sent to the local thrift store--along with a really hideous rug that came in the second box. Of all of the products I received, I might be able to use the packing cubes when we are able to travel again. But at $55.00, those were some really expensive packing cubes. Not to mention, I've gotten by without packing cubes for a long time. Not sure they're something I'll even want to use. Response to response from Fab Fit Fun: As items from seasonal boxes are not returnable, there doesn't seem to be much point in contacting customer service.

Everything about FFF is amazing. Me and my daughter look forward to each and every box. It’s something we always open together. We are never disappoited. Always fabulous stuff inside. If you don’t have it get it !
