I needed a refund processed so I contacted FabFitFun's customer service team and one of the team members assisted me promptly and was very clear on the process and what to expect. Whether it's shopping or billing and/or shipping assistance, I always have a pleasant experience with FabFitFun.

I was gifted a starter box from a friend, and I did enjoy most of the products that I got. However, I ended up being auto billed for another box SO quickly after the first starter box! I didn't even have time to try everything and decide if I wanted another box. So I ended up getting auto enrolled and billed, which is what it is. However, once I noticed this happened, I went into my account to pick my items for the upcoming box and cancel the subscription. I was told that the period to choose my items was closed!! Even though I'd only received billing/payment confirmation less than 48 hours before! I reached out to customer service and was told that it was too late for me to pick any of my items and I could not get refunded because my box was already being processed. I'm SO irritated that I'm about to have $50 worth of products I didn't pick and don't even want!! This is such shady business practice to me: you advertise picking your items and fine print the auto enroll. Then I get charged and denied the ability to pick my products. I would steer anyone who asked me away from FabFitFun. I am not impressed at all!

I was missing an item in box and got a very quick resolution and a replacement item on its way. I normally dread calling customer service, but this was a great experience!

I canceled my subscription because they always sent me makeup and lotion . I told them I didn’t wear makeup! And I didn’t feel the box was a 200 value! Just lots of lotion and come on how much can you use ? The last box I got a mason jar with a huggie around it too heavy to carry around
