I got 8 very horrible items. What happened to fabfitfun. Last time i ordered i got GOOD quality atleast 10 items. This is beyond POOR. i deserve a refund for this joke of a box.

I had an issue with relocating out of state, but my box was mailed to my old address by mistake. I received prompt customer service when I reached out about my account. I was even allowed to choose my items and my fall box was shipped out to my new home. Thanks so much!

I recently had to contact Fabfitfun customer service because I mistakenly hit a button upgrading my membership. I email customer service and spoke with Caroline, she was super understanding and fixed my problem with in an hour! Great customer service and great products!!
