A huge waste of money, you will get a bunch of cheap junk! I ordered the winter 2020 box thinking that the box would contain the items as advertised: the cute warm reading socks, beautiful blue coffee mugs, a throw blanket, the dr. Brandt’s exfoliator... nope! Nada! Instead I received a cheap headband, a make-up kit that looks like it was sewn from a lady’s used up old nighty, off brand liquid eyeliner, an exfoliator brush that you could buy at any dollar store and a manly scarf! Plus, they forgot to mail the add on I paid for! ... just don’t fall for it like I did! Update: fabfitfun has been very responsive which is good, I guess I am getting a free surprise gift mailed to me... however, reading other reviews it sounds like a lot of people have been highly dissatisfied with their winter 2020 boxes. I guess you need to customize your box... but their advertising is very misleading in general and makes it appear as though you will receive everything in the advertisement. If you don’t customize you really do get the bottom of the barrel. Just be aware out there! Honestly, I think I am over all of these types of buying schemes.. save your money, buy local! I signed up for annual membership. I recieve first box and there is only one item in it from the fall box. What exactly happened. I'm assuming I recieved left overs from other boxes and you call this editors box. I didn't even figure this out until I watched a review because I was trying to understand how to customize as I missed the window for Christmas. My box was so not equal to the fall box

My box and add ons appears to have been lost by Pitney Bowes and neither FFF nor PB customer service has done anything to help me. I am so frustrated with my experience and regret being a subscriber. FabFitFun has a very courteous and friendly customer service team, so this review is not against them. I know that shipping is outside their control. That being said, when the only solution CS offers to customers is to “keep waiting for another 2 weeks” for your box, it sends a message you do not care about the customer experience. Especially when you have no problem shipping boxes to influencers and celebrities. I fully understand that the pandemic has caused shipping delays, but at this point I just want an answer about the whereabouts of my order. It is 15 minutes away from my apartment and hasn’t moved in over a week. The expected delivery day changed three times before Pitney Bowes removed it altogether. That is unacceptable.

Great experience with the customer service team. I haven’t received one single item I do not love, it’s truly a great box!

I am extremely annoyed. My package was shipped out from your facility on Nov 15th and I still haven't gotten my package. Pitney Bowes says my package has been sitting 20 miles away since Nov 25th. I spoke to a customer service representative who told me up to 10 business days from when the package left the facility (delivery date Nov30). So I called again when it never arrived. Then I spoke to someone else saying it's actually 10 business days from when it arrived at the carrier facility (Delivery Dec 4). I called to speak to someone again to see what date they would give me and they gave me an entirely different day! They originally kept telling me Dec 8 for some reason then I kept pressing that this is the 3rd date I have gotten and it's different so what is it really. Then that person told me I need to wait an additional 10 business days AFTER the first 10 business days, so 20 business days. (Delivery Dec 14) I don't understand why I am getting 4 different days to when my package is suppose to be delivered. I have been a member for a long time and they couldn't seem to care less about that. Above I read a comment you wrote to someone who seems to be having the same issue and you said 7-10 business days from the day it was shipped out from your warehouse. WHY IS EVERYONE SAYING DIFFERENT DATES? Edited to add: I see the reply but at least notify your team to all stop saying different days. Even your replies on this are different

Scam. My wife was considering purchasing their subscription and placed a few items in her cart. The FabFitFun team, on their own accord, checked her out without my wife's consent. They berated her on the phone claiming thats e-commerce how it works. IMO, kind of defeats the purpose of a cart vs. check out. Since this we have tried to cancel all affiliation with this company and our credit card company helped until this week when they just billed us again. To date we have received nothing but a nightmare of customer service, over $500 charged to our credit card and never received a single package. I cannot emphasize this enough, it is a scam.

I was a little worried that someone had taken my package off my front doorstep, I am a flight attendant and I’m out of town a lot, so this made me feel better that I could track where the package was and knowing that it was arriving, when I was in town.

Been a member of FabFitFun for almost two years. Always great deals, easy shopping experience, wonderful box and just a lot of fun. Have given boxes as presents as well and they've always been a hit.
