FabFitFunReviews of fabfitfun.com

FabFitFun is a great way to be introduced to new and different items. I had to cancel my subscription due to financial issues and my chat was personable and very helpful.

I emailed customer support for a big mistake I made as I am getting older & don’t always comprehend some of the new computer terms like putting a heart on things & didn’t realize I was actually buying those items, I wasn’t aware that FFF doesn’t accept returns & they offered me a couple solutions which at least helped me even though it wasn’t a total fix. But I am thankful as many other companies don’t even read emails I’ve found & just go by a standard reply not even listening to the situation of how something happened! I am very appreciative of this company as they really do care about keeping their customers happy. I was ready to cancel after the mistake I made & didn’t even threaten that & they really actually listened to what I wrote! Also I really love getting myself a present 4 times a year for myself & for the price they send very nice products that I couldn’t afford if I bought at a store! Their boxes they send are also really nice for reusing too! I know I will stay a customer!

I am more than happy with the way FABFITFUN resolved my issue. Seriously? Wow!! I was more than made "whole". I upped my membership to an annual one. I'm sold. The products are phenomenal. (This is my review after the company resolution of the problem.) :-) Thank-you FabFitFun. I received my first box on Sunday. The items were cute and very nice to use. I decided to up my subscription to yearly but when I went to the website to do so I clicked on the link to see what was supposed to be in my Spring 2021 box and now I'm pissed. Two items were not included. The chat person needs a copy of my packing slip and pictures of everything I did get. Like that proves anything? I could just NOT take pictures. Did I mention today is garbage day? And I'm at work? Hopefully, when I get home the packing slip is still in the box in the recycling bin because that doesn't go out until Thursday. This customer is not impressed with her first impression.

It seems difficult when you want to send a gift box to someone else when you have an active subscription yourself. You can't just enter the separate shipping address for the gift. You have to temporarily change your shipping address to the gift recipients until the gift is sent & then remember to change it back you your address before your next subscription box gets mailed out. Also I bought a gift certificate that I wanted emailed to me to print & give to someone & my credit card was charged 3 days ago but the gift certificate has not been emailed yet.

Company said we could sign up for a ‘one time box’ but they put us on a subscription instead. They explained it away by saying that we weren’t on a subscription, but that our order auto renews unless we cancel it. Isn’t that the same thing? I get that a business can move more product that way, but is a terrible way to run a business. I would NOT trust this business. The items in the box wasn’t worth the money either.

I love FFF! What a wonderful experience to receive such beautiful boxes filled with great products. I also love scrolling thru all the add-one. Everything I’ve gotten has really upped my game. Thank you!

Asked for something to be removed thinking it would be an issue and it wasn't. Very friendly team.

Shipping delays and starting late in the season was able to contact service and got the help I needed and fast. Very happy with the customer service
