I've had great experiences with FabFitFuns customer care. When I had an issue with billing they refunded my money no questions asked. I love the product I've received. It's always good quality and packed nice. It's almost like Christmas every season.

Very upset- changed shipping address a month before shipment went out. Said it was shipping Fedex- contacted fab fit fun in regards to shipping and they said they couldn’t do anything about it!! Never received package - don’t ever pay up front for year subscription because once they have your money they don’t care about helping you!

Hi Phaedra! We've looked into your account and it looks like you have updated your shipping address on February 18th. Processing of orders for Annual members this season started on February 10th. Since the address wasn't updated on or before the 10th of Feabruary, your box was shipped to your old address. We would like to help you further! Spring 2021 box is a joke. I’m sorry FFF but consider this user cancelled. This is a box full of unwanted items that my 10 year old niece doesn’t even want. And please don’t bother with your automated copy and paste response as you did with all the other users.... it just makes matter worse. Refund us all or send us another box worth our money. If not, don’t bother. And btw you should really speak with your customer care response team - the automated messages on EVERY SINGLE FORUM that people are reviewing you on, if making you all look worse and worse. Spring 2021 fff box was junk! Way over priced! I will not renew subscription. No way the items could possibly cost the amount they listed! Over inflation!

I was so disappointed with the winter box that I cancelled my subscription. Apparently, I had one more box coming before my subscription ran out. I was just awful! I see someone else mentioned the purple dollar store quality cactus cup. WTH-I showed all my friends and we laughed until we cried-it looked like some pornographic novelty item. I kept two of the items and garbaged or gave away the rest. Just awful. They had one more chance to get me to subscribe with the spring box and it was a miserable failure. Borderline insulting I would say.
