Used a code to get a first box discount which worked but then found I was charged full price. After loads of emails told I was given a refund for the discount amount but still not received and no one getting back to me weeks later...... Still no new contact despite reply from company on here

My Fabfitfun experience is very good. My very first order of winter box was stolen but they were able to replace it immediately. Their customer service representatives are always pleasant, friendly and wonderful to talk to and my issues are always resolved. I have been getting all my products so far and none is lost since that first box. If I have a question, they immediately respond. Sometimes they also get back and call me back to make sure everything is alright. Their products are all high end— I love it and I’m really using most of it. I love the spongelle I ordered recently and can’t wait to order more in the future. I’m very satisfied with Fabfitfun. Thank you Fabfitfun!! :D

It would take me an hr to actually write about the negative experience I’ve had with this company. As of this writing, i don’t have resolution OR my money back. In trying to resolve this I’ve sent 4 e-mails and had more than 6 attempts at resolving it via the phone. 11 weeks after being billed i still dont have my spring 2021 box or any of the add ons I paid for. I’m now told none of the add ons are available and will be refunded that money........but wasn’t not given any explanation about why they weren’t sent and still don’t know where the spring box is..... Super frustrating that you are speaking to customer service reps that just regurgitate canned statements and don’t actually tell me anything. Ended the call no further ahead than the hour before when i started the inquiry.....

I just loved my package, everything in it was useful.

This is an escape for me to have something delivered just for me at an affordable price! I soon found out that's not how my brain is wired. I find myself picking out things for not only myself, but family and friends. I'm very happy with FFF and plan to continue with my annual subscription!

I love love love my FFF boxes! I have received some great products in my box that I just can't live without!
