FabFitFunReviews of fabfitfun.com

This is a great company that is always willing to help and be kind. I have found some of the greatest products I didn't know I needed through this subscription box. I would highly recommend Fab Fit Fun for ANYONE that loves trying new things! I have some of the cutest things and best products! I can't say enough what a genuinely kind company this is, they stand behind everything they do and are always willing to help.

I’ve been an annual member of fabfitfun for a couple of years now. I started as a Select member and then updated to the annual membership. Initially I really enjoyed the box and the products that came with. The quality was great too. However, the products in the last two boxes have been pretty meh. A lot of the selections are just junk. Even the skincare options are not great due to the ingredients. These products aren’t something that I’ll use myself or gift someone else. I really enjoyed this subscription earlier but after two years I’ve now cancelled my membership because of the products.

Shipping takes forever. Very slow shipping times. The box isn’t that great.

I have been with Fab Fit Fun for a few years. There has been a few issues where something busted in the mail, or something was left out. I also called at one time called because I was very disappointed in a box. They mailed me some very nice products in return! In every case (except 1) I was beyond happy! The customer service is why I have stayed. I don't have to worry about something getting lost or broken because they will fix whatever it is! There was a time where my cat knocked over my brand new Hyaluronic Acid serum. It was still new and was just so disappointed! It wasn't their fault either, but they still sent me another one! I wasn't sure if they would have been able to help me and wouldn't of been mad if they didn't. It was such a nice surprise to get people that care to make us happy and want us to stay! And I'm here to stay! THANK YOU FFF!!! (except for that 1 person who really didn't like their job) 😁

I love everything about Fabfitfun! Always fun items, great customer service and always seem to be implementing new things and ways to make the box even that much better!!!

This subscription is just okay. I liked my Spring Box, but the Summer Box was disappointing. Two of the beauty products I got have alcohol and/or alcohol denat. listed as ingredients, which are absolutely awful for your skin! These are products I will not use and I wouldn't even give as gifts to friends in good conscience. Out of the seven items I received, I will only be using four. Granted, those four items are definitely well over the cost of the box, so I still don't feel like I'm completely losing money, but it feels wasteful having products that I'm never going to use. I canceled after going through my box. I'd rather save my $50 and stop hoarding products I'm not going to use.

The best subscription service!! Love the products, high quality for a great price! Look forward to getting my box every quarter. Fast friendly service!!

I ordered a sweater that ended up being a different cut/overall much smaller (cropped, smaller neckline, etc) of what was shown in photos on website when ordered. I contacted them to return the item and requested a refund. After I was asked to send some photos to show the problems I was happy to have the refund go smoothly! I’ve been an annual member for many years and this is not the norm to have any problems and considering how helpful and wonderful this went with customer service I will continue being a loyal member!!
